  • The Holy Land experience was wonderful. Unlike some of the reviews I have read on here the employees were friendly and helpful. The food may have been lacking in variety but the prices were well worth it. You can't go to very many theme parks( this is basically a believers theme park), especially in Texas, without paying almost 6 dollars just for a bottle of water and not to mention well over 15 for a turkey leg. I have no complaints about my experience.
  • I loved the Holy Land Experience. I have been going for years, and enjoyed it every time. There have been some changes recently that have upset me. The majority of the plays are very Biblically inaccurate and borderline heretical. The focus has shifted from an accurate depiction of Biblical events to people pleasing plays, ones that tickle their ears. I am very disappointed in the direction they are going. I would challenge you to compare the accuracy of the play about Christs Death, Burial (there isn't any) and resurrection vs The Bible. The scriptorium and tabernacle exhibit are still awesome, but if you have a group going, I would strongly recommend that you have a discussion regarding what the Bible says vs what you see and hear at The Holy Land experience. We did that and it was a good lesson for our kids on how important it is to know the Bible well to discern false teachings.
  • Good reenactment of the crucifixion of Christ. Nice gift shop, great theater show/musical with great actors and beautiful voices. Area for kids enjoyment. Great detail of the city's, pictures just can't do it justice must go see for your self.
  • Very nice. Need more food options. Should definitely invest in a condiment table. Need a place for lettuce, tomatoes, onions. Better lighting, more room in seating area.
  • Amazing experience! Makes you feel like you've gone back in time to experience the time of Christ. The actors act out parts of the Life of Christ right in front of you and make the guests a part of the action. I highly recommend going there.
