SeaWorld Orlando, Orlando

SeaWorld Orlando blends elements of a theme park and marine life zoo. The vast complex also includes a 7 hectare (17 acre) lagoon and a tropical forest. See the famous killer whales in an arena show, or get a dose of adrenaline with a ride on an upside-down (floorless) roller coaster. To combine the best of both worlds, visit the oceanic water-coaster, featuring an 18 m (60 ft) vertical drop. You can also take part in the interactive deep dives, allowing you to have a safe, hands-off contact with sharks, stingrays, and sea lions. For something a bit more relaxing, enjoy one of many live shows, featuring choreographed performances with lights, music, dolphins, and costumed acrobats. • We got to hang out with and pet some penguins, feed sea lions, and watched some amazing shows. Some things cost extra but it was so much fun and very memorable. The park hours were short and wish we got to see it all but the insane amount of clean up and taking care of the animals I can understand that. Exciting rides! Wonderful and magical place! We will return as soon as possible for some more fun times.
  • What a great place to visit in April. Not too cold or too hot. I have not seen my husband smile like this in years and the friendliest people you will ever meet. From touching sting rays to enjoying the pleasures of taking everything in. Never know what fear looked like till today, when watching children and small babies getting splashed by the water. My favorite moment was the dance between the handlers and the animals what a joyous event for the whole family.
  • Sea world offers such a great bang for the buck. They put on great events such as the seven seas festival. Lots of food and drink selections for a reasonable price with the punch card. The park is nicely maintained and you don't have the overwhelming crowds like at other parks. Rides are fun too. Whether the regular shows or special event concert shows it's a good time.
  • Always a great experience! My son under 2 loves the animal shows and running around in happy harbour. A lot of food options, and the parking is decent if you arrive within an hour of opening. Weekdays are always the best experience as the park is less crowded. Best to plan ahead which shows you want to see as the website shows times and what's open a couple days before. Only downside is if it crowded at the entrance people just lump together and it takes a long time to get in because no one is monitoring the lines.
  • Sea World has definitely changed. Those workers over by each of the animal areas are very knowledgeable. My kids were asking questions and each worker was able to answer without issue. I do miss the part where you could actually touch and feed the dolphins without have to pay. I will say we had a very relax and enjoyable weekend.
