SeaWorld Orlando, Orlando

(4.1/5 based on 24,000+ reviews on the web)
SeaWorld Orlando blends elements of a theme park and marine life zoo. The vast complex also includes a 7 hectare (17 acre) lagoon and a tropical forest. See the famous killer whales in an arena show, or get a dose of adrenaline with a ride on an upside-down (floorless) roller coaster. To combine the best of both worlds, visit the oceanic water-coaster, featuring an 18 m (60 ft) vertical drop. You can also take part in the interactive deep dives, allowing you to have a safe, hands-off contact with sharks, stingrays, and sea lions. For something a bit more relaxing, enjoy one of many live shows, featuring choreographed performances with lights, music, dolphins, and costumed acrobats. • We went as a family. MY TEENAGE KIDS loved it and REPEATED SEVERAL TIMES, BECAUSE the Park was EMPTY, WE were at the END of JANUARY. The Park is EXTREMELY clean and organized, clear USA standard. The expensive restaurants. The Shamu show, I thought it was a little weak, for all the propaganda disseminated, I believe it is because this type of attraction with the whales ends in 2019, according to accidents with the coaches.

  • We have this year which visited Sea World, because the price was already included in our ticket for the Discovery Cove. Already we had a free ticket, we would be reversed in the parking lot ($25): 45 min we stood before park opening one struggling hour to drive into the parking lot. Only to then turn more 1.5 hours at the entrance to wait. The reason: totally confusing routing (there was an entrance for people that already have a ticket, and one for people who had to buy one). However, the pending queue was not connected, so that all the people front inside have imposed himself. Since it was around 40 degrees in the shade on the day (September), we were already completely ready when we were inside. The Park was so crowded on the day that you had to wait around 2 hours to all attractions. I got mine from the bottom a so-called bought almost pass ($20 extra), so I had nowhere long pending. Could I but paid the regular entrance fee (around $100), $20 would have been extra already fierce. Most shows are cool, even if the SAMU show Yes at the end of the year will be abolished. There are class coasters (especially the Manta), the Park is worth a visit so definitely.

  • We loved SeaWorld! We found an amazing Deal for Unlimited visits to Seaworld, Aquatica and Busch Gardens. There was so much to see and do. The shows were great. We payed the extra $10 to feed the Shar...  more »
  • The new Shark ride is AWESOME! Their Christmas season shows and displays are AWESOME! They have two salt water tanks with tropical fish and have actual live coral that they grow on site in the tanks. Not that Disney colored concrete that we've seen so much of.
  • We have lived in Orlando for over 10 year and enjoyed season passes to the park. However, with the Dolphin Cove now requiring guess to remain 6 feet away from the dolphins and the Ocean One show due to close in 2018; We find it hard to stay season pass members. Dolphin Cove was the family favorite but now we just pass by it. There is only a 10 foot area were you may get near the dolphins. It gets packed with people pushing and the park staff/trainer yelling for guess to stay back and to not lean over and touch the dolphins. Not really what people pay to see. Something needs to be done to recharge that area. Also, best food place in the park closed which was a BBQ walk up in the old Anheuser-Busch complex. Hopefully another good food place will replace it for it is one of the nicer areas of the park. Lastly, the park seems to be putting all their money and efforts into building faster roller coaster rides, but as Americans are getting older, we have no interest in that kind of thing. We have the money to spend so try building a Soaring type ride like Epcot has and see your attendance climb.
  • My children loved SeaWorld, especially my nine year old son. We purchased the all day dining tickets on special and it was worth it in my opinion. Although there were signs everywhere, the park was kind of difficult to navigate because it's so congested and this was our first visit. The shows were spectacular, and we'll definitely be back!
  • I was in America for the first time. Here, too, the theme parks, I was first. and it was fanatical and magical. It is a very beautiful place. I saw killer whales, dolphins, seals. And other things. but everything I missed. it is a pity. for the future I have to come in more days. I managed to see everything. I felt here was great. and I forgot to look at my watch. :)
  • Everyone was great, super clean. Dog kennel is clean and staff was excellent. Parking is a little spendy, I thought is should be lower for a weekday, off-season. Inside is pure fun! Lots of humane education for the whole family!
