  • Legal environment for children and even teenagers if you want to escape the traditional parks. Search go on weekdays because queues are large. The service could improve, as well as the cleanliness of the place.

  • Place right near international drive, great to meet with children and adolescents. But to believe that 1 hour is enough, as it is an exhaustive physical activity and after a while everyone will be pretty tired. Great place with good options of trampoline basketball game, diving in a pool of foam, and trampoline walls. the socks are purchased.

  • Very fun place. The kids loved it. Are several trampolines in several different environments. Very cool to run the parks and the program already known. The staff are not very friendly, but not worth it. Pay for 1 hour and the children still brincariam more.

  • I would give a "0" if I could.......I had a birthday party here for my son this past Saturday 7/23 and was VERY disappointed. The place was dirty and stinky and the bathrooms were beyond disgusting! Fecal in almost every toilet and urine all over the seats, paper towels and toilet paper all over the floors yet none available to use on the rolls. We requested several times for paper towels and toilet paper to be placed in the bathroom and it was never done. I watched an employee go in there to use the restroom and didn't even bother to do it. The goody bags were a joke....only a few pieces of candy in each and everything was out of order! I was called the day prior for my food order but not told the ovens have been broken for days. I paid $15 per pizza for cheap "little ceasers" order out... that would have been nice to know ahead of time that I was paying $15 for $5 pizza that was cold and gross and left in the boxes which is tacky. The promised game cards for $1 each kid which is ONE game per kid in itself is a ridiculous scam to get us to spend more money when im already paying $500! Their cards didn't work half the arcade games were out of order and the staff there was VERY rude!!! They provided us with cheap crystal light lemonade and took forever to get us cups to drink it. The hostess seemed very confused I had to keep reminding her to get us stuff and wouldn't see her for 45 minutes at a time had to keep going to find her she did absolutely nothing helpful. The pizza was over 45 minutes late multiple hostess kept introducing themselves to me because nobody could get straight which party they were in charge of. My room wasn't ready till 1 when I reserved the party at 12:30. My main concern is how beyond RUDE Michelle the supposed "manager" was. She was no help at all and refused to give me the owners accurate information. I was told Saba is the owner and is unreachable and was provided false information. That is completely unprofessional. I paid $500 for this party and was not worth one penny. I've never went out of my way to complain about anything before but this party was atrocious and I refuse to pay that much money for bad service. I could have easily just paid $29/kid for the 5 kids I had to jump for 2 hours which is the same thing and saved myself $400 and the disappointment. It's not like I was expecting a lot but the staff looks super un-friendly as soon as you walk in the door. I never once saw any employee smile they all looked miserable but Michelle was extremely rude and nasty to us and refused to fix the situation or listen to us. As a manager she should have just fixed the situation instead decided to just shrug us off and hand us a fake phone number and email. I took pictures of everything in there that was "out of order" as well as the review sheet I filled out and the disgusting bathrooms. You gotta realize you have a huge competitor right next door which is SKYZONE we had a party there with 30 kids last year and paid LESS than $500 and it was brand new place super clean and very friendly staff.
  • If you're looking for something decent priced for the kids to do this is the place. However, you really don't need much time as jumping is very tiresome and honestly one hour should be suffice
  • The price was higher than most other competitors; $15/hour is their cheapest rate. They provide a "deluxe" option for $5 more that includes two additional obstacles, most places have an all in one $10/ hour rate. The staff was slow, rude, and looked like they hated seeing people have fun(my guess is that they're paid very little so they hate their jobs as a result). DO NOT DRINK the water from their water fountain, you will experience one or more of the following: diarrhea, sore throat, vomiting, headache, etc. We chose this place because it was "new" (opened up in February of 2016) however it already looks run down. Drive a little further away and go to Sky Zone.
  • I had my son's birthday party here on Saturday. The best experience ever! I didn't have to worry about anything but the cake and filling out a waiver for my son. The kids had so much fun jumping around and it tired them out! The host was amazing and all of the employees were so sweet. Thanks!
  • Pros: my son had a blast Cons: you're not allowed to sit You're not allowed to jump too much You're not allowed to breathe too hard Everyone was rude The guy watching the foam pit was yelling and rolling his eyes acting like a child. They nickel and dime you about everything. Cup of ice 50 cent. Really. Cause you freezed water? Refill 1.50 And I paid over $100 to get me and some kids in for my sons birthday. Ugh. Would NOT go back. Will go to Monkey Joes instead and actually enjoy myself.
