I could've given more stars but customer service & customer satisfaction is important to me but evidently not to the manager at this place. While vacationing in Orlando, my daughter & I took my grandson here as a birthday celebration. My grandson wanted to play the Pirate's Hook fishing game where you get the top bonus (1000 pts) by catching the lobster with treasure chest. One machine was down but the other was working, or so I thought. I was able to catch the lobster and the game stopped and flashed the 1000 bonus pts on the screen and said I won. My grandson was so happy but then I was only given 16 points which was for the smaller fish I caught before the lobster. It didn't give me the 1000 for catching the lobster. I immediately called someone over and he said he would let the manager know so she could take care of it. Well the manager told me they can't help what the machine gives out and that she never saw anyone win the 1000 bonus, which has to be BS, so she said she couldn't do anything for me. Needless to say, I was pissed. Then I overheard her asking the worker I called over, did he see me win. So the bottom line wasn't that she couldn't honor the points, she just didn't believe me for whatever reason. We had spent $100 in there for the 3 of us and still had a lot to do so we were there for quite a while longer. She eventually came over to us and took my name and number and said she would call me the next day after maintenance was done to the machines, and she was going to see if it registered the win. I didn't think that was possible but okay. Of course I did not hear from her. Very disappointing for my grandson since he thought he would get a nice prize and very unacceptable to me.
Decent place of you want to play laser tag. Not crowded which can be a double edged sword. Not big and other game options are somewhat limited but fine for an afternoon. I still think main event has more options.
Had my daughter's birthday party here. Party was at 12pm. At 11:55 am nothing was setup. My guest had to sit around and wait for the party set up which was 20min late. Host was not trained. He Didn't know what to do. I had to tell him what to do every step of the way. Don't waste your money the games and trampoline are not even that great. Definitely not fun for kids under 5.
My son went to a birthday party there. Hukoo's started the party 30 minutes late with a 'host' that had obviously not been trained. They asked the birthday boy regarding the laser tag "Who do you not want on your team?" indicating the child's own guests. Really? No attendants monitoring the safety of the children on the bounce section. Rude attitude. We won't be going back.
Most things are not made for children under 5. Everything is too big for them, yet the games are designed for young children. Employees were decent, but you have to get them to come and watch the attractions because they are never there. One of the employees was very obviously high. Red eyed and confused. Probably won't be coming back with the little ones. I paid $40 for them to have unlimited access to the games only to have the little one only be able to jump. I told the staff this and they were able to refund part of it to me in the form of arcade games, so that was at least nice
