  • Went for my son's 5th birthday and we had a blast! Good prices. Only gave a 4 star rating because they need more attentive employees; that way we could have spent more time playing and less time waiting. We will return nevertheless.
  • I only put two stars because both of my kids had fun with the lazer tag and the pirate ship section but that's it, the games were very expensive to play. The management of this establishment is very rude and the employees look miserable. We were not told about the No outside food policy and were forced to leave my sons birthday cupcakes behind their counter. My husband was asked for his Id when he purchased pizza, when his card already had a photo of him on it. The food prices are overly expensive and for every cup you buy is like $2.50 with no free refills which were another two dollars. We were told at the counter that as long as there were no children on the bounce section that grown ups can go, so my sister and I waited to go on and were looked at like if we were crazy by the manager. She looked at us from top to bottom and asked us how much we weighed and bluntly just said that they don't allow any grown ups in that area, after we were told by every other staff members that we could. Oh, again did I mentioned that she asked us how much we weighed. I can't stress that enough. Are you freaking serious!!! I never felt so violated in my life! These people need training on how to take care of their customers. No wonder this place is always so empty. We will not be returning! Ever!!
  • Horrible! I didn't even want to give 1 star. Had my son's 6th birthday party there and it was so unorganized. Our party host was very sweet, but the owner Donna kept harassing her on the radio every 2 minutes and said, regardless of what we wanted, the party would be done HER way. We wanted to do the trampoline bounce before the pirate plunder and it was a huge deal. We paid almost $500 for a birthday party for 10 kids and I was the one handing out pizza and cake. I kept having to ask for cups and refills on drinks. The owner was literally "stalking" our party the entire time and just kept trying to get every dollar off of us and our guests that she could. We have been going there for a long time but will not go back. The management is horrible and unprofessional. Donna berates her staff like she owns them and it is really an uncomfortable situation. Never, ever have a birthday there.
  • This is neat place to take your younger children. I have a 12 year old son and although he enjoyed himself, the majority of the children that were there were 10 and under. The food is ok. The pizza is overpriced and I feel that Little Cesears makes a better tasting pizza. As far as the games, they have bummer cars, a jumping area, laser tag, an arcade and an area in the middle of it all that is draped with netting and looks like part of a pirate ship. In this area kids can load foam balls into air cannons and shoot then at each other. My son enjoyed that the most.
  • While the location is great and the building is clean, the games are very expensive. The staff is okay and they followed all safety procedures. Birthday parties are very expensive and too structured. The food is meh. This could be a great "get out of the heat activity" for summer kids but not for the current price.
