  • After getting my fill of Typical Orlando attractions, this was a great change of pace where bith kids and adults could have some fun
  • Not your normal bowling alley. This place is set up pretty cool. Plenty of lanes, an arcade, a nice bar, a restaurant area, and a pool hall lounge area! Definitely geared towards the social crowd. I w...  more »

  • I took my two kids bowling on Saturday, Sept. 17th. We usually go to the Oviedo Bowling lanes but I thought I would take them bowling by the Waterford mall, do a little shopping and then get some food. The very first thing that I noticed about this place was the large, disgusting awning in front. It's old, moldy and torn in some places. No big deal I thought as I ushered the kids inside. However, right before entering, I see a sign that says 'No tank tops allowed'. Really, in Florida?? So, after paying for 2 games, and putting our shoes on, I ask someone at the front counter if I could get bumpers for the kids. He said it's against company policy to put the bumpers on for kids over 6. I ask why, and he said something about how flimsy their bumpers were and that older kids would damage the bumpers because they would throw the ball too hard against them. Okayyy...Before we even start to bowl, I notice that the heels of my shoes were very aggressive on the floor. They did not slide like at some other bowling lanes I've been to, including the Oviedo Bowl. I asked another person behind the counter why this was, and he said that their lanes weren't properly kept like at most other establishments. He recommended that we walk up to the line, stop and then deliver the ball. Now I'm a pretty good bowler, with an average of 130-170. Not great, but not a newcomer to bowling either. This is not my idea of proper bowling. Into about the fifth frame of the second game, I slam down right into the lane on my elbows, knees and feet. In pain, I get up slowly and take a seat next to my kids. None of the patrons asked if I was ok or anything, but then again, not many were in this seedy joint. Don't get me wrong, it's not a really bad looking place, but it's the staff that makes me feel like it. I told one of the people I spoke with earlier that I fell, and he could care less. I asked for an incident report form, and I was handed a sheet of blank white paper. *Groan* I didn't finish the remainder of the second game or let my kids finish either, for fear that they might fall too. I wound up going to the clinic to get X-rays of my left foot and knee. Thank God they were negative. All I would like is for them to pay for my X-rays AND whatever other bills that may arise due to this mishap. That's all. My wife became very upset and thought ok no incident report, she called up only to deal with staff members who seem to all hold a shift manager position. Note the General Manager has yet to contact us but my wife was very persistent to get ahold of her. My wife said this woman talked over her not listening to her concerns. I wonder how many more people have fallen at this place and got mistreated by management? I was fortunate, but I still will have a healing process for my sprain and pains in knees, elbows and now oncoming lower back pain from fall. The General Manager said she can be done with this do what you need to do get a lawyer and then slams the phone down. There are cameras to review my fall, I have an orthopedic referral to go to from the doctor I have seen on Saturday. I just want my medical expenses covered. BTW, apparently I was not the only customer that fell that day. I witnessed another patron who fell and got up. Would I come back here again? No way, not even if they paid me. The moral of this story is: Avoid this place like the plague! PS I had to give this place 1 star, otherwise I couldn't post my review. IMO, they don't deserve any stars.
  • The place is awesome until 930-10 oclock on Friday. Then "the dj" came on. I feel like they found some hobo who has been on the street since the 90s. Then they felt bad and hired him. He then took a crash course on some sort of free music mixing program. Then put a mix together in 10 minutes and then played it for a few hours on Friday might.
  • Last time we went there the front desk staff was rude but we went back anyways. This time we were told my husband would have to change or buy one of their shirts because he was wearing a tank top. This is Florida in the summer and tanks aren't allowed for men.... But women can wear them. He wasn't wearing a beater or undershirt... They couldn't give me a Corp number. If I could give one star I would. Won't be returning..... You'll be out of business soon.... No wonder the place was empty.
  • Boardwalk bowl is much better. The prices here are high and the atmosphere is lame. The owner is racist so stay AWAY. This place will never last
  • Nothing worse then being lied to by staff. Was charged $12 for one drink when I asked for a Angrey balls which is a shot of fire ball with a pint of angrey orchard and I wasent even given a full pint at all. I brought it to the mangers attention he told me that is how they charge. I am not a college kid and I am. Not stupid. When I was was told they don't quote drink prieces she quoted me earlier what a house rum and coke was.
