  • The race expo was great! We enjoyed all the vendors. I wish Jeff Galloway could have talked. Everyone of the Disney employees was very friendly and helpful. The Disney race experiences are excellently run!
  • Everything you would want from a Disney Park! Maybe even cleaner! Some great news is that you can use you magic band to get in. Great place for all tournaments!
  • This place is first class. It really caters to the players who come here for tournaments. The staff has always been fantastic in the many years we have been here for the Disney Showcase tournaments.
  • Facility is awesome, too bad the gift shop workers are rude. I was going to rate it a 5 until that experience. Was next in line, but was told by staff they closed out of their register, had another staff member take over the register and move other customers in front of me, moved to another line to only have more people cut in front with questions and to pick up ordered merchandise, which should have been centralized at one area/register.
  • Every year we have to come to this place a couple of times for soccer tournaments of our children. Every year I ask myself, how can Disney be part of such a poor experience?! Certainly it is not the place 'our dreams come true' judging by the whole experience since you get there. Let me explain: 1) you have to park a about a mile away and walk for 15 minutes to get to the ticket office. All of it carrying multiple chairs and umbrellas with you. And of course a players tent! 2) you then have to wait for another 15 minutes queuing with the sun on your head to pay the entrance fee of parents, family and fiends to be able to watch their children. 3) once you get to the park you ask yourself why there is no proper shade almost anywhere in the park? Why the park does nor even put gazebos/tents to offer shade at least for the players in every field? What does the park invest the money of the entrance fee? It goes without saying that the teams already paid their tournament fees separately. 4) why do they have such poor food inside the complex? And they even let you bring your own healthy food. I hope someone really takes the purpose of Disney more seriously. Hope this helps, Fernando Acosta
