Step back in time to Hollywood's 1930s and 1940s heydays at Disney's Hollywood Studios, a sprawling theme park spanning 55 hectares (135 acres). Wander the studio's vast network of streets and entertainment areas--blending into one giant film set--for a behind-the-scenes look at the world of movies. Watch live shows or go on backstage tours of a working studio to learn to the secrets behind some of film industry's biggest hits. You can also take an elevator ride through 13 floors of fear, or speed up to 96 kph (60 mph) on the twisting roller coaster taking you through a recreation of darkened streets of Los Angeles. This park attracts more than 10 million visitors each year, so expect crowds. For travelers who use our international travel planner, Orlando holidays become easier to arrange, with trips to the Disney's Hollywood Studios and other attractions mapped out and timetabled.

This was my fourth visit to Walt Disney World and on my previous visits (when the park was called MGM studios) I didn't like this park. This time, however, I really enjoyed it! There were no crowds co... read more »

This can easily be done in a day. Must see fantasmic. Eat at mama melrose. Ride the best rides. Use the fast pass wisely.
Some of the greatest rides in all of the Disney Resorts. Post Star Wars, their fireworks show has become one of the best! Make sure you stick around! Vegans and vegetarians will be interested in eating at the Starring Rolls Cafe.
It's Disney, so it gets at least 4 stars.. but Hollywood Studios has lost much of its charm. The movie ride is great, and so is Tower of Terror (which is closing) and Rock n' Roller coaster - if you're not waiting three hours in line! I'd recommend the other theme parks or the water park, unless you have several days to take in all that Disney World has to offer.
Disney's Hollywood Studios is a truly amazing place to visit! There are many rides and exhibits for the true fan. I could have spent a whole week there. It rained the whole day so the wait times were really low. The 3D/4D rides were a blast. Star Tours is my favorite. The India Jones show is a must see. Fun for all ages. In my opinion the best Disney Park of all!
I went with my Husband for our 20th anniversary and we have a Blast the 50's Cafe is a nice restaurant and also the shipyard restaurant in the park near at the entrance of Indiana Jones Ride is awesome and the Ice Cream Parlor awesome with 2 scoops of ice cream me and my Husband shared the Ice cream and the Star Wars Parade Awesome Epic I love to go back and also the Gallery of Painting from Star Wars is Memorizing that you could buy and the Staff and Photographers they were very polite and awesome with us they know how to take care of every one and the security 100% top notch so keep the good work don't close any of the rides please I miss couple of them due to the weather when i went so please don't close any other rides thank you Me and My Husband we felt like kids again Once again Thank you
A few decent rides and some good shows. Get in early for Toy Story unless you've managed a Fastpass for it. Best ride is Rock n Roller Coaster. Fantasmic is good to see if you're there late (9 pm). Ask for iced water from the food places - it's free and there's not always a water fountain nearby to top up your water bottle. True in any of the Disney parks, which is excellent on their part.
