Gift & Specialty Shop Shopping
A sprawling shopping, dining, and entertainment area, Disney Springs is an outdoor complex offering free entry and complimentary parking. Separated into three themed sections, the complex includes a large marketplace area, housing the world's biggest Disney store and a Ghirardelli chocolate shop that displays antique chocolate-making equipment. Use the marketplace as the hub of your exploration and download a map to your mobile device to find noteworthy attractions in the other sections, such as an old-fashioned dine-in movie theater or a modern 30-lane bowling alley. End your visit with a ride on a tethered balloon, which provides 360-degree views of the entire resort from a height of 120 m (400 ft). Put Disney Springs into our Orlando holiday planner and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

Where to stay in Orlando

Orlando is famous for its high concentration of budget, mid-range, and luxury hotels. The city caters to every tourist's needs, with accommodations ranging from inexpensive hostels and motels to five-star resorts and lavish private villas. Orlando is a busy city all year long, so plan ahead and book your stay well in advance. To avoid the crowds of the big theme parks, consider renting a vacation house or condo just outside the city, or explore one of the area's campgrounds or RV resorts.

  • Absolutely love it! There is so much variety and options for everyone to take part in. My 5 year old is still asking to go back because we were able to shop and eat and take a nice stroll here. In all honesty it's really big and if you cannot manage the walking then try to find an alternative. Overall, I enjoyed everything here.
  • Great place for families or young adults to go hang out with friends. Usually some form of live entertainment. Amazing restaurants. I highly suggest going and splitting appetizers or small plates at a few places so you can experience more than one place. Awesome souvenir shops and candy and places to stop for snacks if you don't want a fancy sit down place. Alcohol and beer for all types of options and you can walk and have fun listening to music and people watch anytime of day!
  • Great place to start your Disney journey. You can shop, relax, sightsee, see live shows and get the perfect walking exercise in. Perfect for families, young adults and groups (church, camp, etc). WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES IF YOU PLAN TO SEE MAJORITY OF IT. Parking garage is very organized and efficient. Food was very delicious. Shades and Sunblock are a must as well.
  • Visited while living in Florida late 2007. Visited again late 2016 and I was blown away! 2007 Disney Springs was very fun; restaurants, clubs, lots of entertainment. 2016 Disney Springs is not only fun but beautiful! The place is huge now, so much more variety in shopping and dining, way more live street entertainment. Definitely a magical place for people of all ages, if you have the chance go!
  • Really nice place to just walk around and window shop. Lots of places to eat and drink. They have entertainment at night. Lots to do there. Some things can be expensive, but a fun place in a beautiful setting. Good for kids. Must see Lego store. Crazy sculptures.
