Watch live shows or go on backstage tours of a working studio to learn to the secrets behind some of film industry's biggest hits. You can also take an elevator ride through 13 floors of fear, or speed up to 96 kph (60 mph) on the twisting roller coaster taking you through a recreation of darkened streets of Los Angeles. This park attracts more than 10 million visitors each year, so expect crowds. • The new distance norm is good sometimes people forget and walk up to each then separate quickly. Other than that, I am so glad we made it. Sad that something's are not open like the shows and some.....  more »
  • Visited 7/22/2020. Things went really well. Social distancing is great! Mostly, no problems with masks. Did see a group of 4 ladies around park throughout the day, 3 out of 4 constantly not wearing...  more »
  • Definitely the best of the four Disney theme parks. I wished more of Galaxy’s Edge was open, but it was still amazing, especially with little wait times. There does need to be more shading for the.....  more »

  • Probably our favorite park of our 3 day adventure! So much fun seeing frozen sing along ( hilarious, more fun for the adults, lots of funny humor), Indiana Jones stunt show (amazing, even if you haven't ever watched the movies you will enjoy it), and the little mermaid. We had a great time, longer wait times for the characters then some of he other parks but we still had a great time. Disney junior dance party was AWESOME! And we are so glad they had characters there all day for the kiddos to meet! Will definitely come back!
  • We primarily went to see Galaxy's Edge, and it was amazing! I absolutely felt like I'd stepped into another world. The rides were great. The shops were fun. The food was amazing. Every CM was so nice and helpful. It was a great day. Can't wait to go back.
  • I absolutely love all the Disney parks! I like the somewhat calm feeling of Hollywood Studios. The decor is amazing as hell and it has a really good lay out. We got to explore the park and all its rides on our visit. The food and drink choices here are great! The service is fast and its got decent seating to have a rest to enjoy your food too. Favourite part of this park visit was of course meeting Edna Mode Darling 🖤 'no capes'
  • Hollywood Studios was a fun adventure! Lots of wonderful rides. Galaxy's Edge was incredibly fun and I enjoyed that they were in character and I bought things with credits and not dollars. Smugglers Run was a fun ride and definitely worth the wait as we went multiple times. Other areas of the park were wonderful as well and the star wars Galactic spectacular was amazing. Some of the fire that comes out in certain parts of the story, you can really feel the heat.
  • Main reason for the visit was to get in and ride the new, Rise of the Resistance. Getting to the park at 6:30 am, scanning into the park at 7:30am. You don't have to be near the ride to get or improve your chances of getting in on a boarding group. We (3) of us, were standing in front of Hollywood Tower of Terror. One of us had the Disney App open and keep switching between the Main page and join boarding group page. No luck getting a boarding pass. One of us was told that if you go to the "My status" page keep swiping down to refresh, then hit "join boarding group" as soon as it goes live. That didn't work either ☹️. The last person in our group, stayed out of the app till our cellular clocks hit 0800, when the announcement said they were going Live, then she quickly hit to open her Disney App click to the Boarding Link and was able to get us a boarding group. We were able ride Galaxy Edge, Rise of the Resistance by 1:30pm. Well worth it!!! We also discovered that arriving at the park at before 7am was NOT necessary. AS LONG AS ALL THE PEOPLE IN YOUR GROUP ARE SCANNED INTO THE PARK ENTRANCE BY 8AM. You can be anywhere in the park to gain access to the "Join Boarding Group"!
