  • I love going to D n B. I'm a gamer and so is my fiancee so we'll go play a few games, win some tickets and have a good time. The food is surprisingly good for an arcade and offers full service with friendly waiters. The bar is also very fun to be around and the drinks are a lot of fun as they are themed. They even have alcoholic snow cones! This place really makes you feel like a kid again and the games are engaging. My one issue is some of the controllers for the shooter games are often out of calibration. Other than that, this is great for friends and family alike.
  • The service: Wonderful. We were seated very quickly. Our waiter, Luis, was brand new but he really did a great job making sure everything was exactly the way we liked it. He was prompt, friendly, and accommodating. The managers who visited our table were very polite and friendly and were quick to fix a mistake that the kitchen made. My meal was very undercooked and they quickly replaced it with a different dish of my choosing and comped both dishes without us even asking. The food: The food is okay. This is why this place got only 3 stars. Not the best, not the worst. It is comparable to Applebees, but more expensive. I ordered a meal with fried shrimp. The breading was cooked, but the shrimp on the inside were still gray, cold, and raw. It also came with fried green beans, and again the breading was cooked but the green beans were still very soft inside. The steak/shrimp/lobster pasta that I chose instead tasted very good, although the steak was not a great cut or a great portion and had gristle in almost every bite. It also came with only 3 to 5 small shrimp and the lobster was in particle form mixed in with the pasta sauce. Definitely overpriced. Drinks: We tried two of the sea monster drinks. We bought them because of the cute monster they are supposed to come with, but we were disappointed to find the monsters ran out and nobody informed us before we ordered those drinks. The drinks were also very very sweet. One tasted like coconut-scented sunscreen, and the other like pink bubblegum. They were much better when we added water to them. Atmosphere: Loud, crowded, lots of tourists, lots of kids. Very difficult to find parking. Games: The games are fun. There is a good variety and you use a preloaded card that holds all of your coins and tickets so you don't have to carry around a big bucket that could get stolen. We spent most of our coins on the Wizard of Oz and Star Trek coin shooter games and ended up with over 7k tickets. The prizes are nice and there is a good variety for all ages and interests. Overall, it was a very enjoyable night, but from now on we plan on eating elsewhere and then going here for the games.
  • I have always loved this place not anymore. Quality of food, value, and customer service leave a lot to be desired. Used to love to come here but not after this visit. Can't wait til our game cards are empty.
  • Several games not working. Including DDR, Star Wars Arcade, Rock em sock em. Not impressed. Asked for partial refund. Just told "we don't do refunds". No apology. Just a blunt "that's our policy".
  • I was here for a meet-up with a large group on a Saturday night. It was ok, but several things to be aware of. Parking is a nightmare. There's a lot of it, but nowhere near enough for how big this place is. Go early or forget about parking. Despite the size, the place gets horribly cramped. I felt some pity for the servers because they were navigating a minefield to bring food to people. Saw a couple of drops in the few hours I was there. The bartenders were friendly, but doing way too much. I never had to wait long for a drink, but they were all about getting it done and moving on. Not really their fault, but it wasn't very hospitable. The menu has lots of options and everything felt reasonably priced, even for I-Drive. As for our group, they were really accommodating. Our server was friendly and fast. She had some help too which was good to see. If I went again it would not be a weekend and it would be earlier in the day for sure.
