I am not usually a fan of hectic sports bars but this place is great. The kids (and me) played on the machines for over an hour and then we ate in a quieter area. The food was really nice, and not too...  more »

Even my older kids still love it here. It's like a Las Vegas for kids. Expensive yeah, but all the children enjoy their time here. Great bar if you're able to let the kids wander alone, or you can all...  more »

This is so much more than a game room. There's a good restaurant where you can order delicious food and sodas or alcoholic beverages. There's a lot of games too. They have video games, children's game...  more »

Great menu options. Terriyaki steak is delicious. Unfortunately, I don't believe that this location can handle the traffic that it receives. The employees are not very kind, and they seem frustrated. There is barely any parking, and there aren't enough game machines. The entire location is way too small for it to be in such a large area. The kitchen was very slow. I received my appetizer at the same time as my main entree. There are a lot of other attractions in Orlando.

Let me say this, if you come here make sure you ask for Amanda x2! Both of them are amazing and have a great personality! Great conversation starters and definitely knows how to suggest menu items! There is no doubt in my mind that these two are the best servers I have encountered! Don't settle for anything other than a Five Star Amanda x2 experience at Dave & Busters!

Use to love this place when they first opened. The past couple of visits we noticed it was starting to go downhill and our last visit was the final straw. We will never return and save your money. Go elsewhere. The prices have increased, staff was extremely rude, they were disgruntled, and no one in our party would eat their dinner due to quality. My sandwich had hair in it. The manager did bring me a new meal and said it was on him. When we got the check my meal was never comped and had two additional charges for the item I ordered. When I asked the waitress to correct the check and reminded her of the conversation with the manager. She got pretty upset and left us sitting there for about 20 minutes. Upon her return she told us the manager could not be found. During our meal we also asked her about the game cards and associated specials, which ended up being a big mistake. The waitress got upset and acted like she was too busy to explain the specials. She then directed us to the front desk even know the advertisement on the table says "just ask the server" and you can order tokens during your meal. The rest of our party's food was low quality comparing it to the menu prices. Additionally, tokens for games have increased. The claw games had items stuffed so deep it was impossible for actual claw to grab. They are currently advertising free games ( like spider man, etc), but these were not free at all. A game card costs $2 per person plus tokens. Their advertisements claims you get extra tokens for spending a certain amount...again only to find out about the fine print. The extra tokens ended up costing additional money. They will not split tokens between cards unless you purchase some kind of 4 power card....This ended up being per person and would have cost over $150 for a family of four. The end result.....We chose a lower package at $120 and token were gone in 20 minutes. This place makes Chuck E Cheese a great value at this point with higher quality of food (it hurts to make that comparison). Save your money and go elsewhere. Not worth it and we will never return. They have turned into a complete tourist trap!

First we started off by not being able to enter the building cause doors were still locked at 10:50, then went to get seat for lunch which was ok until we went to get game cards before the kitchen opened. We were talked in too doing an eat and play combo and had to wait for 20 minutes for our play cards which you can imagine how difficult that is with a 2yr & 7yr. After finally getting our card we didn't get much time to play before our food came out which the wasn't very good, the spicy Bang chicken was horrible and so were the kids hot dogs. The main reason I had to review the restaurant a 1 star was the military discount I was told my family didn't get the discount the only military member did. Which in hopes not to sound petty but my family made similar sacrifices as I did during my 8 years of service. If anyone deserves it, it would be them. So instead of asking a manager the waiter had to sneak the discount by hand writing it in (picture below). I would have just preferred no discount over this awkward moment feeling like my family couldn't get a discount. To add to this experience I went to load my card for more game play, which I asked for the ADVERTISED! (Advertisement photo below) Military discount on food and games! Was told it only on food!!! Me and my family have never been to a D&B and never will again after that awkward uncomfortable experience to include lousy food. Finally I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to call a manager to give them the opportunity to know about the situation but I guess no one answers the phones there. I truly wish I could give zero stars!!

I have an allergy.... the manager and waitress were so good towards me and directed me in the right way of what I could eat. Thank you for making our expirence great and no added stress because of my shellfish allergy. Nikki (waitress) and Dalton (the manger) were amazing!!
