  • Eh. Disappointing. We went for a field trip with our kindergarten class...the staff was very, very scarce, and almost all were extremely unfriendly. The woman taking our tickets literally never spoke to us. She glared at me, I handed her my tickets, she scanned them, I thanked her, she said NOTHING. I came back later to ask for a map...she sighed and handed me a map, I thanked her, she said NOTHING. Incredibly rude. In addition, MANY of the machines weren't working properly. For a place designed and marketed to young children, I'd expect a lot of helpers with good attitudes. That was not our experience. :( Very disappointing.
  • Very fun place for the kids. I admit, I liked it too. We loved creating our own crayon wrappers, mine was Esteban the Magnificent. (Get the reference? You're a parent.)
  • My 1, 4 and 7 year old all have dune here. Fun activities with paint, computers, melted crayons. Really cool large jungle gym and a separate mini jungle gym for toddlers. The employees are lacking enthusiasm and most are lacking child interaction skills. They need to really work on training staff much better. It is worth the family membership price for sure
  • Friendly and helpful staff. They have a large retail store downstairs, a snack shop and another smaller retail shop upstairs. A great place to let your kids be kids and have fun, get some energy out and create. Plenty of things to do and the time flies by. There's a print your own crayon wrapper station where you can personalize your crayon, this takes a coin(you receive 2 upon entering). Different places to use their products-markers, crayons, chalk and pencils. You can make paper crowns, masks, cars, etc.. They have a shape your own crayon station and you choose 1 color and a shape, a machine melts it down and you can watch the process. They also have a crayon spin art station, where you choose 2 colors and you have control of the speed which determines how the spin art comes out. They also have a model magic station(1 coin for a packet). They provide all the fun utensils to play with to roll out and shape the dough. The bathrooms seem to be clean considering how busy it is. We've been several times, we purchased the annual passes as it makes financial sense. Lots of fun!!! :-)
  • My kids had a blast. However over priced. If the adults got in free with paid child I'd say worth the money. I enjoyed making things with the children but the price just to do it was a bit much.
