  • We popped in here to kill some time before dinner, and wished we had a little more time. It’s small, but it was fun, easy to earn tickets. The place was very clean for an arcade and even the bathrooms...  more »
  • I am overwhelmed with joy on the great customer service I received from Gwen, Noli, and her team! I would have not choose a better place to celebrate my son's 6th birthday. Kudos to you ALL! They took...  more »
  • It was a good idea to open an arcade near the Coca Cola Eye and Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum and albeit small it is nicely done but there's no way you are going to win anything here! I know it's normal...  more »

  • The staff was friendly and place was clean. Would have been 5 stars had the games that give tickets, for the kids to earn prizes, been set up with at least potential to win. Not Completely take their money. The arm that pushes fidget spinners went over the fidget spinner completely. Staff looked at it and said wow, no one can ever win as it doesn't touch. The claw had the rubber foot removed from one of the 3 claws to ensure the tickets couldn't be won,and we watched as 30 people played one game that no matter how well you did, you capped at ten tickets were the game said 1000 max. I understand games like that, carnival games, are set up to be extremely difficult but there should be at least a possibility to win. I just think it is shameful to do that to children. My 5 year old was devastated that she finally won the game and still didn't get the fidget spinner. Scammed.
  • Just went with my sibling, and I'd have to say my experience was pretty neat. Their games were up-to-date, functional, and most importantly, lots of fun. The only real problem with Arcade City is it's size. Because of it's size, there isn't an extremely wide expansion of arcade games to play, but the games here are regardlessly pretty fun. If you have a much better, solely dedicated to arcade games arcade near you, I would recommend going to that one if it's bigger, otherwise, go to Arcade City! EDIT: The location may not be too obvious, it's in a little walkway in between the parking building and the Coca-Cola place thingamajig.
  • Love it. It's not a big place but it is lots of fun. My kids loved it.
  • This place is so much fun, I had a great experience. There isn't alcohol, but there are good locations nearby. I took my little 6 year old cousin and he had the time of his life, Lissette was so nice to him and made him feel like a little king. He was short by 3 tickets for the prize he wanted and Lissette helped him out and gave then to him.. I will definitely be back.
  • The arcade was worth the trip. The machines were all new and the card readers were fast. I never got a sense I was cheaped out on. The games we played were really fun and worth about what you would expect. I would come here again.
