  • Worst experience ever!!!!! My fiancĂ© and took the kids here for a night of fun. We sat at the bar and it took 30 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge that we were sitting there. After taking our order they never asked once if we needed anything. We finished our meal and sat there waiting AGAIN for someone to ask if we wanted anything else. Still nothing. I started the stop watch on my phone to see just how much longer it would be before anyone said anything and 31:07 seconds went by before I reached my boiling point. I asked for the manager, told him what happened, showed him how long we waited and the first words out of his mouth were "So what do you want?" Not I'm sorry or anything. You couldn't pay me to come back here. I only gave them one star because I couldn't give them a negative number of stars!!!!!
  • Customer service was terrible. I asked for boneless wings, they gave me bone-in. I told her about the mix up in the order after the she repeated the order back to me. To only be charged did the bone-in and the boneless wings. It was just a terrible experience all the way around. The games were nice but I'll definitely eat and drink before I go there again. Sorry
  • I went there twice for a birthday celebration in September the service was slow but, the food was good. I went there today for my daughters birthday.. The server was rude and the food was ok... I spent a lot money & I drove out of my way to get there. . I'm not going back there again. .. js
  • Although the dining area at the time wasn't busy at all, it took at least 15 minutes for the waitress to finally greet us after being seated to take our drink orders. Dinner was actually pretty good and it came out in a timely manner. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 3 impatient children so that was much appreciated. As for the gaming area, the games seemed to be a tad bit on the pricey side. But if you're looking to save a dollar, you may as well stay at home. All in all it was a decent experience compared to the other reviews on here and would consider coming back again.
  • Went there this afternoon as an end of summer treat for my daughter. We were sat right away in a half empty dining area. 10 minutes later the waiter appeared took our drink order and we kindly asked for few extra minutes to look over the menu. 10 minutes later he comes back asking if we were ready, took our order and vanished. Another 5 minutes pass he brings 2/3 of the drinks. 10 minutes pass and I inquire about 3rd drink as well as the soup. Another 5 minutes drink finally arrives, no soup. Finally brings soup minutes before food. Sets food down and before could even ask for ketchup he was gone. Had to flag down manager for ketchup who sent our waiter back with it who yet again set it down and ran off. Since I had food in my mouth I couldn't ask for a drink refill. After sitting there with empty drinks and empty plates he finally appeared to hand us our check. I'm usually sympathetic to busy wait staff but when the place is half empty and well staffed and the server never asked how things were or if we needed anything and to be frank was just flat out rude he immediately loses the normal 25% tip usually left. Due to the extreme aggravation and time wasted there we left before playing any games ( which was intent for the visit) and took our money to another establishment who was more considerate and welcoming to its guests.
