  • Many people do not realize that Edisto Memorial Gardens is a collection of roses that grow the BEST in this area! As a bonus, it is on the banks of the North Fork of the Edisto River. The black water ...  more »

  • Walking thru the flower makes me think of having a little piece of heaven on earth. The flowers are so beautiful when in full bloom. You can experience a lot different aspects of nature in the park.  more »

  • I have always loved coming here. The roses are beautiful in the summer. You can feed the ducks, geese or turtles in the pond. Even as a child I remember my family having picnics there and watching the Edisto River drift lazily through and turning the old paddle wheel. I could watch and listen to the water and that old paddle wheel all day.
  • I love it here, very peaceful surreal. The roses are beautiful walking down the trails, sitting on the swings, gives a fresh meaning to and old saying. Take time to smell The roses.
  • Here is where you will see and smell the most beautiful and rarest roses in the south. Where flora and fauna always agree. Nature at its best, a place I call home😊
  • Wonderful trails and a lot of variation. The sensory garden is very nice. There is a trail along the river. Sculptures and other artwork can be found throughout.
  • The Rose festival was nice. The dancers, food, other vendors and entertainment for the children were a wonderful touch in a normally boring town. Excuse me that is Samuel & Splash the duck. 😍😘
