  • Shops are great and you can grab some really good bargains you just have to spend the time looking. Got some great deals at Nike, Kelvin Klein, Zumiez to name just a few. We went at the start of holid...  read more »
  • Great place to walk in the afternoon. It is really hot during the day. We didn't really buy anything but enjoyed browsing.
  • Visited today to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Disneyland. Had a good range of stores catering to lots of styles and age groups. Some good value purchases made but like any outlet store. ...  read more »
  • The outlet is small with limited variety of stores but it looks like they are trying to add more stores. The eateries are ok. The movie theater option is a good thing to have, especially after a couple hours of shopping it would be nice to be off your feet and enjoy a flick on the big screen
  • Everyone enjoys going to the block. AMC movie theater is the main center for people to gather to. Lots of pricy stores. They have a lot of other entertainment too. PS you will not find parking.
  • What do you even do here? Sure, there's the AMC and several great shops to peruse around, but this review is for The Outlets as a WHOLE. It's an outdoor mall. It will be an offensive temperature during the day and a disgusting flood when it rains. At night it's cute and all, but are you asking to get your purse taken? This place is on the border of Orange and Santa Ana, so don't expect Irvine Spectrum quality outlets. The places here are run down and you're better off driving to other malls, hell even Mainplace is indoor and A/C.
  • We, your clients aat the Orange Outlet mall, are concerned about upcoming changes to our janitorial services. We are informed that the Outlet's janitorial services provider, Environmental Service Concepts (ESC), recently reduced the frequency of cleaning services performed at the mall. We are further informed that the reduction was made at the request of your office. You are well-aware that the Orange County retail market is highly competitive, and that customer comfort and satisfaction are key to maintaining a successful retail space. We pay a premium to rent space in a neat, clean facility that will attract a steady stream of customers, and in return we expect that, at minimum, the Outlet receive complete janitorial services on no less than a daily basis. Our customers have many choices of where to shop, and facility cleanliness is an important factor in their decision. When they choose to shop somewhere else, we, your clients, are also affected. Furthermore, our janitors, their families and communities are also our customers. When your decision to reduce cleaning hurts their ability to sustain their families, our business suffers, as well. For these reasons, we ask that you instruct ESC to immediately return to its previous cleaning schedule and put our janitors back to work.
  • Cause its the best! Even though its no longer the block its still a great place for family & friends if you have money great if not come window shop & hopefully when you see what you want you'll work hard to get it 😎
