The Ferris Wheel at the Wharf is one of the tallest in the Southeast standing at 112 feet! It can hold 140 people in 24 Gondolas. One of the gondolas is handicapped accessible allowing everyone the experience of a lifetime. The Ferris Wheel at the Wharf was created by Italy's Technical Park and the ship wheel design was inspired by the surrounding Gulf Coast and Intercoastal Waterways.   • Didn't get to ride because it wasn't running I didn't see anyone around it. No crowd at all I guess all the stores are too expensive for families. 
  • Cost 5$ per adult. We went during the day, neat to see surrounding area in daylight. May have been better at night time when the wheel was lit up. 
  • Made a trip from Gulf Shores to ride the ferris wheel only to find it closed. No sign or reason just closed. Went back 2 days later and it was closed again. Huge disappointment.
