  • We played both the Lake and the Links course yesterday. The golf courses are superior and maintenance top notch but..... The pace of play was a disaster. On one occasion it had backed up to the point ...  more »

  • Awesome facility. Two great championship 18s, excellent practice facilities, and the 18 hole short course is not to be missed. Generally in really good shape and a relatively fair test of the game. Green fees a bit pricey but well within what's accepted these days.
  • I would not recommend having any type of golf tournament here. While it is a nice course, they do not have the work staff or the capacity or the organization to hold many people. Parents had to arrive at the course no later than 4 am just to get a golf cart, no matter what time there child started. Most parents were not able to watch their children play. It's a very long and rigorous course to walk and many were not prepared. We were told we would be put on a "waiting list" and called if a cart became available and we were number told we were the 4th on the list and never received a call or cart. The misinformation and misdirected given to us by the staff was frustrating and exhausting to deal with. I expected more for the Alabama State golf tournament.
  • A bit "off the beaten path" but great staff, excellent course conditions. Great clubhouse with great place to sit on the veranda for a meal. Beautiful and convenient Marriott hotel right on the property just a couple of minutes from the course.
  • Good place. The range plan is a good deal for families with young kids or beginners.
  • The R.T.J Great place Great people Great Golf course. Highly recommended for anyone who loves golf hard but fear course
