  • Nice venue but we could not bring in our own water! They basically checked everyone's bags, purses, etc. for food or water which we were not allowed to bring in. They forced you to spend $30-50 for fo...  read more »
  • Really disappointed in the arenas new management! We have been Ontario Reign hockey season ticket holders with 5 seats in the arenas section not the team section for a few years and things are not the...  read more »
  • Has hand rails on the staircases so easy to use, even in high heels. Even at full attendance the women's restrooms were able to accommodate everyone, very nice!
  • I went here for Rinling Bros. Circus show. I enjoyed the show with a guilt conscience. The tigers and lions didn't do much except for sitting there and awaiting commands from the trainer. Other parts of the show was okay. It was kind of like watching Cirque de Soleil and a lot is going on at the same time. The show was about 2 hours long. Kids were getting antsy. Had to buy a $15 snow cone to keep our child quiet. Check Groupon for better pricing. We could have saved about $75 for 4 tickets if we had done our homework.
  • Came here for my wife's graduation from CSUSB and I can honestly say I would never come here again. As we parked we noticed there was a long line to get into the arena for the graduation. Okay, no big deal. After waiting in line about 20 minutes, this rude security man walks up the line and rudely yells, "Come on people let's move up here already." Then he yells, "Hurry up. What's taking so long? Listen up!" I told him we are here for a graduation and there is no reason to talk to these people like that. His response, "I don't know what you're talking about." I'm thinking to my self, "Is this guy serious? Is he that much of a jerk that he doesnt know how to talk to people?" He then yells to the people in line, "Come on! Don't just stand there, get up to the front of the line people, RIGHT NOW!" I finally had enough, and at the risk of not being allowed in, told him to stop being an a-hole to everyone and said we are here for a happy reason and his attitude was outrageous. He replied, "I'm walking away from you." At that point other people told him to be nice but I just walked through the medal detector. I was done with that guy. Having worked in live sound for most of my life and career, the sound quality of vocals is very poor in this arena. Speech is very hard to understand and extremely muddy. I won't ever set foot in this place again and will make sure none of my friends, family, staff, nor any of my contacts do either.
  • Great place for a Graduation !!!!!.... I understand ice hockey is played here .... with plenty of concession and restroom facilities... Perhaps it deserves 5 star however I can only judge from this short visit.... popcorn is above average... where's the cola 😂..???...CONGRATULATIONS OLIVIA Fallen and Fontana High School... • Love going to convention every year here. The location is perfect and the air conditioning works great!
  • Went here for a graduation, great parking and circulation, food is overpriced but expected. Great lighting and acoustics where ever you are. The Lakers play preseason here
