  • A best-of-friends and I, along with my wife, attended three Ontario Reign Ice Hockey Games here at the Citizens Business Bank Arena, 4000 E. Ontario Center Parkway, in Ontario, California. The Ontario...  more »
  • I have seen a few concerts here and the place is great. Not a bad seat in the house! Easy parking, clean facility and plenty of concessions.  more »
  • Very nice location and easy to get around. Venue has the feeling of a large arena though the comfort and ease of a smaller place. Food was good, with a lot of selections. Parking was wash, also.  more »

  • I have been here for a lot of events and I like the smaller feel of this venue. I think they do a pretty good job of keeping lines as organized as possible and security as efficient as they can. Parking is too pricey ($15) and they've eliminated the option to park in the adjoining streets. I suppose if you want to hoof it, you can park at Ontario Mills (maybe a mile away). The food is priced at what you'd expect to pay for similar venues and they won't let you bring in any outside food or beverages except unopened water bottles. Restrooms are abundant and decently clean. They sell ear plugs at Guest Services for $1/pair in case you forget yours. The arena is a few miles from Ontario airport and right down the street from Ontario Mills mall (a huge outlet mall and destination in itself). There are plenty of good restaurants close by. A lot of big acts perform here and it's really nice to have this arena in the I.E.!
  • We went for the roadshow concert. It was great and we really enjoyed the concert. The security was not all nice, yet there was a young lady, security of course, who allowed my little girl to go to the potty. Very thankful for that! Wish they would have offered outside bathrooms, when they know people are standing in line for a significant amount of time. All in all the facility was nice, clean, and easy to navigate.
  • Went for the Miranda Lambert concert. Venue was nice and staff was very helpful. Wasn't crazy about our seats, but sound was good and everything seemed professional. My only complaint with this venue was the concession prices/selections. I'm a craft beer fan and had to pay $14 for a can of even Modelo. I expect to pay more at events for alcohol, but that's pretty ridiculous. They had about 3 other choices with Hangar 24's Betty IPA being the best craft choice available. Very pricey to say the least. Besides that we enjoyed ourselves.
  • Is a very nice arena. We have had season tickets for hockey for five years. It's very easy to get in and out even with a sellout crowd. The staff is very friendly. It's a mystery why there aren't more big name concerts there. The concessions are pretty much big league pricing, but I guess you can't have everything. Overall I think it's a nice place to attend an event.
  • SUITE REVIEW The suite was OK. Nothing to write home about. Seats were VERY tightly packed and not plush. Railing in front is badly placed and blocks 1/10 of the hockey rink. Food was OK, again nothing to be proud of. Oatmeal raisin cookies were done and severed nicely. Next hickey game will probably be back at the pond in Anaheim. Much better SUITE all around.
