Citizens Business Bank Arena Reviews
This was a remarkable piece of architecture. It was massive enough to accommodate a career fair comfortably as you can imagine. A plethora of restrooms and to top it off a hockey game to watch so it w... more »
Great place for a concert, ice hockey, or any other event. There are no bad seats as it is not a huge venue. more »
Good venue, seating is close and as for most venues of this type seats are okay. Parking was a little expensive, the spaces are a reasonable size for large vehicles. more »
Attended the a Toby Keith concert here in August of 2019. The venue is great. Ingress and egress to and from the parking lots was fast and easy. Entrances on more than one side of the arena make even the more remote lots convenient for parking. Staff was helpful when I asked for directions to my seat. Bathrooms we're clean and we'll maintained. I'd happily attend another event at this facility.
This was a great venue! Great parking close to the arena. Nice layout. Easy to find seats. Lots of restrooms. Great sound, great views, great seats. I would come here again in an instant.
The concert Mercy Me was awesome. The venue has a strict no re enter policy. If you leave the building for any reason you cannot re enter. I understand it is a security thing, they do a pretty thorough job of screening going in.best to leave as much of your belongings at home or locked in your car trunk.Nice staff, food and drinks are quite expensive for what it is, so best to eat before and or after your show. No outside food is allowed period.Get there earlyzparking can get a bit messy. Have a great time enjoy your show.
It's always fun coming to see a show or event. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and patient. There was a lady at a food stall who could have been a bit more nicer but other than that it was a great experience.
Easy in, easy out, small enough so that all seats are fine if not good. The only drawback is the sound could be a tad better. But I really enjoyed my concert here.
