  • I've attended two graduations here over the years, once for my bachelors, and the 2nd was for my MBA, from two different colleges. This venue is very well designed, and every event was special.  more »
  • Outstanding well kept, clean GEM in the Inland Empire. Easy in, easy out. I've been too this building at least 20 times since the Grand Opening. Every time is a nice time. Go Reign Go.  more »
  • I recently attended a graduation at this stadium and was very impressed by the convenience of the 10 freeway, the parking is ample, there are great seats everywhere, restrooms were clean and nearby as...  more »

  • Nice arena. Was here for a business conference and the security was tighter than any concert I've ever been too. Couldn't even get a bootle of water in.
  • Came here for the 2016 Ontario Reign season opener. The seats were good and reasonably priced. Parking was only $5.
  • Not a bad seat in the house. Great sound. Sufficient concession stands, and restroom facilities. (if the lines downstairs are long go to the upstairs restrooms)....
  • I went here for Rinling Bros. Circus show. I enjoyed the show with a guilt conscience. The tigers and lions didn't do much except for sitting there and awaiting commands from the trainer. Other parts of the show was okay. It was kind of like watching Cirque de Soleil and a lot is going on at the same time. The show was about 2 hours long. Kids were getting antsy. Had to buy a $15 snow cone to keep our child quiet. Check Groupon for better pricing. We could have saved about $75 for 4 tickets if we had done our homework.
  • I attended the Lakers lone preseason game that they play every year in Ontario at Citizens Business Bank Arena due to the previous connection with AEG managing the building. That is not the case anymore as AEG is no longer the manager at Citizens Business Bank Arena and it shows. The new management is SMG, which operates the Ontario Convention Center for the City of Ontario which owns CBB Arena. Where do I begin? This venue opened in 2008 and already feels outdated. I went to guest services to inquire about public Wi-Fi which every venue in the country offers and the lady very sarcastically said laughing "we don't offer complimentary Wi-FI." What??? This is 2016 and Wi-Fi is a necessity. The seats on the second level are narrow and uncomfortable. The lighting in the arena and on the court is terrible for NBA basketball. I went down to check out the seating in the lower bowl during halftime and I couldn't believe how the air conditioning system blows cold air directly onto the seats. I was freezing. I was also curious to watch a Lakers game here and it was one and done for me. Citizens Business Bank Arena is plain and simple an outdated and mediocre facility. The parking lot was a mess afterward trying to get nearly 9,000 people out of there. The Inland Empire is not well served by CBB Arena. I'll drive to Honda Center or better yet STAPLES Center next time, both arenas that are older, but much better than CBB.
