  • Buffet Breakfast, minimal. Dinner, small menu, food was passable by not outstanding. I filled up on a large salad and hot wings.
  • We were disappointed that the resort was already on winter hours when we came, but we were able to spend two evenings there and had a great time. There were not many people swimming on the weekday eve...  read more »
  • We did have a fun day at the water park. I only have these concerns. #1. Not enough life guards. I only saw two. That didn't seem like a lot since there were lot's of people. They need to monitor some of the areas more. As a grand mother I had to stop some bigger kids from doing things they shouldn't I was there to have fun not discipline other kids. #2 The issue with the towels. I mean really they ran out of about an hour after we got there and that never changed. If I had known that I would have taken my own. It is so dark in there and it is cold when little ones get out of the water. #3 The 12.00 locker? Really!! to pay a high ticket fee and 12.00 for a locker I expect life guards and towels.
  • Showed up yesterday hoping to have one last day/night of fun for the kids before heading home. Check in went ok, got to the room nothing glamorous but decent. Got swim gear on and headed to the waterpark. The staff was having an in service day? They shut down the pool and large slides almost instantly after we showed up. But the park was still "open". Oh the kiddie pool is closed until further notice fyi. Also since they were having an in service day the arcade was closed so to get to the waterpark you had to go outside. It took us leaving to get the entire story, thankfully there was one honest employee at the front desk (of the waterpark) who didn't just give us a tenth of an answer that conflicted with what another employee had stated. 820 AM room service? Check out is at 11 wait till people leave I paid $160 for less than 19 hours I think you can figure out how to clean the rooms after check out. I understand in service days and needing to clean rooms timely but if you are going to have these things and know when people are calling to make a reservation... TELL THEM!!
  • I am very dissatisfied by the inconvenience & service. I tried to purchase a gift card at the Cocokeys desks for a birthday present. They sent me to the opposite end of their hotel property, only to be told that they only sell giftcards on certain days when "Chris" is there and today wasn't that day. Very rude & they wasted 20 mins to have me wander around their property to leave empty handed. No thanks! I'll spend my money to get them giftcards to Funplex! Poor service. :(
  • Pool area is alright. Three big slides, two of them being black tunnels, kind of disappointing. Our kids were too big for the main splash play area and toddler area, they got bored with the slides quick due to lines and having to wait at the bottom of the stairs and walk up by themselves. You can only do the lazy river so many times. Oh well. Now we know.
  • Had a lot of fun. Park was flooded our first night. Reopened second day but some of the pools were closed. Not a huge deal since all the slides were open. Would've liked to use the hot tub though.
