  • Nice.. The rooms were ok. food overprice. We ate a a restaurant in the area. There a a few restaurants close and a Walmart a mile down the street. I did like the water slide. when I first got in the w...  more »
  • Our recent trip to Coco Key was great! We were there with two adults and kids ages 8 and 13, and we all had a great time. The place was clean. There was food available that was not horribly overpriced...  more »
  • I was very pleased with this water park, especially because of the size. My kids had a blast. It is not very big but they have a lot of options for such a small space. There is a bar and snacks and th...  more »

  • I'm not one to write a review or even complain much. But I will surely not stay here again. I booked a jacuzzi suit and when I got here they apparently didn't have any left. When we got to our room, there was no extra blankets or pillows for the hide-a-bed. We go to swim, and when we are done, there is a 40 minute wait on clean towels. We get back to our room and try to order food but can't get a hold of any one at the bar and grill for 45 minutes (literally, they just didn't answer the phone) so my husband ended up going down stairs to order and pick up the food.
  • If it wasn't that my 6 year old had fun I would say the entire experience was a flop. We couldnt check in early ao we had to change our clothes in the locker room. It was cold in the pool area. I saw 2 kids throw up in the water & noone did amything. The water is disgusting & cloudy. The room seemed clean but had an odd smell. You could hear other guests all night. Couldn't get hotel staff on the phone at any point of the stay. Waited to check out for 20 minutes before we just left- no one was at the front desk. And now we found a duplicate charge for more than our entire stay on our account & they will not refund the erroronus charge for up to 10 days!! We paid in advance to avoid any last minute surprises. Very disappointed and will not be returning or suggesting to others. Don't waste your money here.
  • We did have a fun day at the water park. I only have these concerns. #1. Not enough life guards. I only saw two. That didn't seem like a lot since there were lot's of people. They need to monitor some of the areas more. As a grand mother I had to stop some bigger kids from doing things they shouldn't I was there to have fun not discipline other kids. #2 The issue with the towels. I mean really they ran out of about an hour after we got there and that never changed. If I had known that I would have taken my own. It is so dark in there and it is cold when little ones get out of the water. #3 The 12.00 locker? Really!! to pay a high ticket fee and 12.00 for a locker I expect life guards and towels.
  • While the resort is fine when it is open and functional, it is NEVER open and functional! My wife and I received an annual pass from my parents last year for Christmas and we were excited! It seemed like a great place to take the kids to get out of the house once in a while. We quickly learned that is rarely the case. At least half the time we want to go there it is closed for maintenance, including consecutive weeks during the summer! And even when it is open, parts are often closed for some reason or another. It turns out our annual pass was a giant waste of money! This is the most poorly run establishment I have ever frequented.
  • Reasonably priced with decent rooms. The water park was a little small but we all had fun. The arcade was great for the kids. The staff was great!
