  • It is very dirty. I will not buy passes next year. There needs to be alot of up dating. There was poop in the trash, the bathrooms are so nasty.
  • Took 3 grand children, ages 10, 5, and 4 on a Saturday. We had a great time. Almost no lines on any ride probably due to cloudy skies. I agree with a lot of the reviews I've seen: more TLC would be go...  read more »
  • Wonderful place for fun for the summer with kids. Clean, customer service oriented staff, inviting rides for all. Even better to find discounted tickets. Nice that the variety of rides keep the family...  read more »
  • We had very high hopes for this water park, but it certainly disappointed our family. The rides for the adult and family slides were extremely long-over 30 minutes. The concrete was exceptionally rough and there were many times we had to walk too far before getting the relief of stepping onto the AstroTurf. Our feet were sore that night and following day. The lifeguards were fairly lackluster and just going through the motions it seems. The kid area had water either spraying, dripping or misting you everywhere! It was uncomfortable, annoying and made it hard to enjoy watching the kids play. The locker rental did not provide provide for any money returned when the key was given back. The wave pool was disappointing because there were hardly any waves when the machine was on. We have a water park 1/3 of the size in Weatherford, TX and it far surpasses White Water Bay.
  • First time at Whitewater Bay has a blast. Started a new family tradition, Christmas in the summer. My family had a lot of fun. Will go back. The workers where awesome. Lots of fun.
  • Me and my boyfriend wanted to ride the bermuda triangle or the yellow slide. Read the instructions. Didn't see a weight limit. Was let on the ride. Fell off of the inflatable tube within 2 seconds. I swear it was like playing twister, slip and slide and a mechanical bull all at once. I was violently tossed around down the whole slide which to me felt like forever. But I was so embarrassed I didn't ask for help and just shunned the lifeguard at the bottom telling her I was ok. Will never be back, ever. Looked online to see if there was supposed to be a weight limit. And I'm 100lbs over. And wasn't weighed or sent back down. Instead I was sent down the most painful terrifying slide ever. Horrible experience.
  • me and my family of 18 grandkids and four kids and two daughter inlaws and a son inlaw had the best day of our lifes we will be back
  • my kids enjoy going to white water. they love it when the rock slide is open. love having a water park locally. they get season passes every year from their grandparents for Christmas... great gift idea that last all spring summer and fall...
