Make sure AFTER you print your tickets you look at the exp date!!!!! We wanted to go when our daughter could come home, so I decided to buy some tickets in advance. BUT when I bought our tickets I mad...  more »

The rides were fun, my 6 year grandson love them. However why do you have to pay for parking. The tickets are $20 a piece discounted because many schools are back in secession. However $9 to park so I...  more »

We went to Frontier City just for a concert but really enjoyed the park as well. Good rides, friendly staff, and, for the size, lots of activities. It's not Disney or Six Flags, but it is a reasonably...  more »

The catering is the absolute worst. Our company ordered the Barbecue chicken for our company picnic. It was boiled chicken with ketchup and barbecue slop. Barbecue beans were straight out of the can and cold. The potato salad was equally terrible. Sadly the only thing decent was the prepackaged chocolate chip cookie and the warm soda/water. Save yourself some cash and tell your people to bring a lunch. The park itself is fine but kind of run down. Without a map it's really hard to find the entrance to most rides.

Nice theme park with about 3 really good rides, others are mediocre at best. Great place to take the family for a day, but gets old after two or three trips. Beware of the Silver Bullet - the ride breaks down frequently. Frontier City does have some decent concerts. It's worth getting a Frontier City/Whitewater season pass which lets you in both parks. Between Whitewater and Frontier City (and the concerts) it's well worth the money to have something to do for the kids all summer.

I was very pleasantly surprised by Frontier City and all it has to offer. It turned out to be a great way to spend the day. We debated between this and the Zoo and it did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed our day. Will definitely return again with the whole family.

A great place to take my family :-) my boys love the rides and the staff always seems competent, not overly friendly or anything but I'm not complaining. The new water park area is fun and refreshing. We got the season pass so that we can pop in and out and not have to spend the entire day to feel like we're getting our money's worth. The day passes are pricey but a season pass is worth it if you're going to go more than a couple of times. You can't bring any new food or drink so that's another reason why I don't like to plan to spend the whole day because of course concessions are expensive and there aren't any healthy options. We live nearby and have seen the roller coaster break down a few times and Fire & Rescue have to get the people down from the roller coaster LOL luckily that's never happened to us and of course we stay away from that specific ride.

With promotions it's not too pricey to get in but to buy anything or eat anything they really get you. Plus they have lockers that eat your money with no way to easily or quickly refund the money. Rides are decent but the actual roller coasters feel way too short for the wait.
