  • Very nice museum! Interesting history of the banjo and beautiful displays. Friendly staff and great location in Bricktown OKC.  more »
  • So I don't play a musical instrument. Not even a harmonica. But when you walk down the street and see a banjo museum, you have to stop and take a look, right? I mean how often do you get the opportuni...  more »
  • Great place! Doesn't take long (unless you want it to), and fantastic pricing for families. Our group spanned the ages (16, 40 something, 52 and 79). Two were not interested AT ALL in going (16 and 40...  more »

  • Interesting little collection! It will only take an hour or two to see It, but the history of the instrument is covered well. And so many of the instruments they have are just amazing! So much decorative work!
  • Very informative, clean bathrooms, professionally done, staff was very courteous, and everything you ever wanted to know about Banjos! Definitely something to add on your "to do list." My teenage daughter who is into music really liked it. Banjo lessons Saturday at 2 Pm, reservations required (Banjo provided). Do not forget to go upstairs if you like Roy Clark.
  • The kids and I visited this museum the first time as a homeschool field trip. Today we visited again, this time for Learn to Pick a Tune with Lucas. What a great experience and we learned a lot about the banjo! Great staff and impressive museum.
  • The museum provides thorough, rich information on the history of the banjo. But the real reason to go is to see the incredible collection of some of the most intricately designed banjos throughout history! Many of the pieces, especially from the 20's and 30's, are quite a sight to behold with the beautifully designed necks, resonators and pots!
  • Very cool experience for any music lover. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
