  • Overall this is a true little gem for kids. There are a lot of interactive spots to keep hands and minds engaged. The downside is their history has been put through the "Utah Lense", so while mostly a...  more »

  • This is a great place to take your small children, I have been taking my young son here since he was walking and he loves it. Their exhibits include many different imagination activities for children to make believe they are everything from astronauts to farmers and everything in between. They have a life size chess board, and giant blocks, and fire stations, and trains, and castles, etc., etc. My son was originally too young to participate in much but still lived to run around and watch the other kids and be socially active; Now that he is older he loves to play with all of the toys and it's cheap enough that I can take him anytime. They removed the music section that I really liked for younger kids but they say they are replacing it with a toddler section so it may be even more friendly for younger children. We can't wait.
  • We really love the tree house museum. My two older kids (9 and 5) could spend all day there. But I give a low rating because of their stroller policy. I have 2 very little kids (20mo and 7mo) and they urged me to not use my stroller because of how busy they were that day. It was an extremely difficult time to supervise my older kids and manage my younger ones. It was made worse to see multiple other families with their *empty* strollers taking up space on the floor while their children were playing. The stroller policy needs some enforcing. Employees should be asking parents with empty strollers to park them up front so that people with children who will actually be in the strollers don't feel obligated to not use ours. Some consideration from such patrons would go a long way as well. So, while this would have been amazing for 3 of my 4 children, I was left with a very bad taste and unfortunately don't see us going there again anytime soon.
  • This place is so much fun .. honestly, no one with small children should pass up the opportunity to come here when visiting Ogden. Literally hours of fun for everyone and the kids can use their imagination the entire time. Bring hour camera because there are fantastic pictures to take of your little guys and such fun memories to be made.. you might have to wear them out while they are there because chances are they won't want to leave. Very reasonably priced as well.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you go here..
  • Such a fun and different children's museum! All about imagination, art, storytelling in a creative and clean environment. My 4 year old loves this place and we drive over an hour to come here. It is not as fun for her super active friend who isn't into pretend play. There are so many different spots to explore- fire station, rodeo, different cultures and a 2 story tree to climb. Perfect for an imaginative kid but not enough jumping and climbing for a more kinetic kid. The museum is geared to ages 2-7 and we spend 2-4 hours there each time.
  • This place is amazing! An annual membership is super affordable and absolutely worth it. For kids there are exihibits, crafts, plays, story times, educational displays, and educational lectures. Kids can spend hours and hours here. Weekends and holidays can get crowded, but there are so many things to do that the museum manages crowds well. The employees are always kind and helpful. Ask about special events, plays, exhibits. We loved the Halloween trick-or-treat walk. Most special events are included with a membership.
