  • The Dinosaur park has something for everyone. Walking around outside gets you exercise and information on each dinosaur statue. There are playgrounds for the kids. At lunch time they have concessions open for food and drink purchases. There's a gift shop. If you are interested in unearthing some fossils, there is a community sand box with fossils. You can also pay a fee to unearth treasures inside the museum portion of the park. Inside the museum portion are skeletal statues of dinosaurs, interactive touch-screens, a coloring station for kids, moving dinosaur statues, and at times there are volunteers working on real fossils. The museum and outside attractions are ADA compliant.
  • We loved this place!! Not only was our niece so excited to see all the life size Dinosaurs, she was able to go Gem hunting! Larry who took care of us was AMAZING! He took the time to explain how the gem hunting works and how to look out for signs that rocks may be near by! Someone who truly loves his job and it shows! I wish I could give more than 5 starts on our experience with him alone!! We will be coming back in the future!
  • It's great to get out with the kids and some friends. The paths are maintained and many of them shaded. There are plenty off places to sit and the statues are well labeled. Plus the playground and discovery walk way are big enough for multiple groups of kids. Some statues do need to be updated as they are either inaccurate, broken, or just needing a new coat of paint.
  • This place is friggin cool! The inside section of the park is pretty neat. Lots of fossils to check out and a fun gem excavation area for the kids. But the outside park is where it shines. 8 acres of dinosaur action! The way they have some of the dinosaurs set up (hiding in the wood) would be truly terrifying if they were alive.
  • This has been a favorite place to visit since childhood! I'm so glad it's still around so I can take my daughter to enjoy it now. However, some of the dinosaurs could definitely use a new coat of paint and a little tlc.
