  • Very interesting and informative alligator show with guide Devin. First we wanted to not watch because we have repeatedly seen crocodile shows in Thailand. But absolutely no comparison to the shows in Asia. "Devin" guide explains in a short time so much about alligators, way of life, etc, earlier etc hunted alligators also like the Indians Compliment! Highly recommended for everyone. Don't miss it!

  • Great experience. We did the airboat ride and Animal exhibit. Both were well worth the money. Captain was informative and fun. Would def recomend this expierience.
  • Always wanted to wrestle a gator, but maybe not after visiting Wooten's. I learned enough about gators in 30 minutes to know there's no way I'll hop off a golf cart in Florida to get up close to a gator. Couldn't believe something that big could catch me in a matter of seconds, then finish me off. LOL After Jimmy Owen did his demonstration with 375 pound Charlie, well, I'll keep my distance. Five stars to Jimmy on a very informative demonstration. Five stars to Charlie too, for being so patient, and not having Jimmy for lunch. After the demonstration, Jimmy answered questions, and let everyone hold a smaller gator for photos. Wooten's also has a small zoo, which was pretty good. Wooten's also has a great gift, and snack shop, well organized, and very clean. One other thing, while at Wooten's, out in the Everglades, had to use the washroom, walked around the side of the building, two white doors, kind of dirty, pushed the door open expecting to see a dumpy, disgusting washroom, and couldn't believe what I was seeing. The washroom was one of the fanciest, cleanest, high end washrooms I've ever been in, and I'm comparing it to some of the finest Chicago restaurant washrooms. VERY IMPRESSIVE!! Please refer to a photo another guest posted of the washrooms. I'd highly recommend Wooten's Later that evening I finally got to wrestle a gator. Check out the video on Yelp
  • I highly recommend Wooten's! It is a must see. Our airboat captain JR was very knowledgable and explained a lot about the area. Our swamp buggy ride was nice as well.
  • We took a half hour airboat trip. First of all the total trip took just max. 20 minutes. They also promised there were several alligators during the trip. However, the capt.said there were not much aligators around since a couple of months. We just saw one alligator, the capt. called her "the mother" because she allways was on that specific location. Well, of course, she was made of plastic.....
  • We had a great time! Awesome staff, well maintained equipment. Affordable and tons of fun.
