Damon Point, Ocean Shores

(4.5/5 based on 140+ reviews on the web)
Damon Point in Grays Harbor County, Washington is a former Washington State Park. The park consisted of 61acres at the southeastern tip of Ocean Shores Peninsula on a 1mi by 0.5mi piece of land jutting out into Grays Harbor. Today, the Washington Department of Natural Resources controls the land, and has been restoring it as bird habitat, especially for the threatened streaked horned lark, but also for other birds, including the snowy plover.External LinksDamon Point at Washington Trails Association

  • This is a gem. Some call it shelll beach due to the abundance of pebbles and shells. Stand on the beach on a sunny day and look at Mt Ranier covered in snow. Amazing
  • A great place for a long walk. This area is full of wildlife and offers a chance to observe animals in their natural habitat.
