Must see · Pier / Boardwalk · Tourist Spot
Ocean City Boardwalk is a promenade between the beach and the town in Ocean City. Hotels that boast ocean views and beach access line the boardwalk. The ground floors of many of these buildings are filled to bursting with boutiques, souvenir shops, and bars. For fresh seafood, consider Harrison's Harbor Watch Restaurant overlooking the inlet. In addition to beach and water activities, you can visit Ripley's Believe or Not Museum and Ocean City Pier Games, an arcade and game stop. • There is something to do here for everyone, beaches, rides, games, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, a tram ride, food, fudge, arcades and more. The tram is $4 each way, they do NOT give you...  more »
  • Great boardwalk lots of shopping great scenery and great eats. Wear sneakers or flip flops or take the trolly from one end to the other.  more »
  • This is 3 miles of boardwalk. There are numerous shops, candy stores and restaurants. A trolley is available but it might not run past 9.30 pm. You can catch an amazing drone show in July and August.....  more »

  • Love it! It was my first time in Ocean City. And the boardwalk is so fun! We went down every night. My favorite part was watching the man draw with colored pencil. He said he was from Pittsburgh and had drawn a picture of the Pittsburgh Penguins. My husband is a huge fan so i had to pick it up for him. I can't remember this man's name but he was so friendly! The only downside on the boardwalk was the price of the tram. I love that you could take it down and then all the way back. But paying $4 each trip racks up a lot of money. They have "unlimited" passes for $8 but they quit at 4pm...
  • Extremely clean, very family friendly, and plenty to do whether you're looking to stay busy, or to relax and simply enjoy the ocean for the raw beauty that it is. The boardwalk was very long, giving you ample opportunity to get a little workout in, or to find plenty of stores to go into, and more than enough ice cream to find! We absolutely loved this place! Only downside: there could really be more restrooms
  • Definitely fun! Wear walking shoes lol I know you're at the beach and want to wear flip flops/ sandals but if you want a good morning walk or evening walk from one end to the other is definitely something I recommend! The shops along the way stop and cool off, shop or eat. Or you can just stand and look at the waves! I love the boardwalk!
  • love love love... best board walk we've been to. The shops weren't over priced.. The amusement park was perfect for our kids and the best we've been to on a pier. Great vacation we've had in a long time..
  • Lots of stores & great atmosphere. Not good for people who can't walk long distances. There was a tram you could pay a couple dollars to take but I believe it only went one way & it was always packed full of people. But, a great destination for variety.
