Awesome bike shop. Marcel and the the team set up our entire big crew- young and old -with top gear, custom adjusted all setups, super great to work with, and made us feel like old friends. The shop itself is centrally located, has absolutely everything you could possibly need for biking, and then some. Highly recommend. In addition to a world-class bike shop, they also offer all sorts of gear and equipment, much of that you need for outdoor activities.

This is a super cool store and sells more than just bike stuff. The kind lady at the counter shared great info for a gravel ride up Rd. 565, which proved to be awesome. Thanks!

Most magical bike shop. When I arrived I felt as if I was home. Entire staff was courteous. I was bike packing a section of the Oregon Timber Trail. The day prior arriving in Oakridge I had lost my camera on the trail. I was not sure where I had dropped it. I started to back track, but to no avail. I could not find my camera. I had just finished hiking my bike through miles of snow covered trails and downed trees. I was feeling pretty down. The next day, I made my way into the bike shop and immediately felt at home. I wanted to wait out the heat before heading up a big climb out of town and then camp. I asked if I could leave my bike in the shop while I walked around town. They let me keep my bike in the chill area, where it was most chill. Nice area, essentially the backyard of the shop.I talked to Marcello and Kerri about my trip so far and mentioned losing my camera and my plans for later. Later in the day as I was climbing out of town. I saw someone in a truck wave me down, it was Marcello. He had brought me my camera, I had lost the previous day on the trail. A hiker came upon it and brought it to the shop. I have never been so grateful. Thank you for tracking me down. I was in a good spirit for the rest of my trip.

Larry was able to bleed my rear brake and replace my front brake lever assembly in anticipation of a Cog Wild shuttle up Lawler. The shop was amazing. Everybody was friendly, funny, and highly skilled at getting me back on the trails. Thank you!!!

I’m so impressed by this place. I had brake issues with only 20 minutes to spare before a shuttle departure and decided to swing in here for some spare pads just incase I needed to do some work on the trail. These guys insisted on putting the bike on the rack, and with lightning speed went through my bikes brakes, changed pads, scuffed rotors, lubed cables, fixed a spoke and more. They only charged me for the pads plus $10. I only wish this business was closer to my home. And they carry a bunch of BA Santa Cruz bikes…
