  • It's on private property....very generous of the owner to allow the public the view. The road is well graded for a dirt road. The cows will wonder why you are there. Respect the land and enjoy the vie...  more »
  • Whoa! I knew these rocks existed, and I always wondered what they would be like to visit. We decided on a trip east on I-70 that they might be worth the time to visit. Boy, were we glad we did! Be pre...  more »
  • Like most reviews, this a place you must see. Yes, its out in the middle of nowhere but it is worth the drive. The formations are awesome and a true work of nature. Everyone should experience them. Un...  more »

  • Worth the drive, which is a little bumpy just for pictures at this info icon but of landscape. No amenities so make sure you bring a cooler for drinks. Also, there is a great little shop/ museum just before you turn off the highway that is definitely worth checking out!
  • Pretty awesome, pulling up to these giant rocks in the middle of the Kansas Plains. Be prepared for a pretty long drive down dirt roads to get there though. While it's interesting and not typical Kansas, it is quite a detour off i75. Also, while you're free to walk around the rocks, it is private property and no climbing is allowed.
  • A wonderful place to visit. I stopped her on the way from a road trip. After taking a dirt road down to the rocks I was delighted to find a beautiful formation of rocks that seemed to have popped out of nowhere.
  • Out in the middle of nowhere, but well worth it. Cool formations for sure, but also a lot of litter as well (don't pay attention to that I suppose). Check out it in the early morning or at sunset for the best views.
  • The rock format were pretty awesome. No place to pee though.
