  • The Ocean Crest pier is a very nice, well kept pier. Plenty long enough. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fished there two days. Didn't catch much but it was the middle of March and water is pretty...  more »

  • This pier is my favorite for views of the island. The pier is clean and well kept. The store is expansive with an offering of quick grab snacks and drinks.  more »

  • Great pier! Beautiful here. A must see while in the area.
  • Great, friendly fishing pier. I have a 35 year history of fishing from Ocean Crest, but that time was also split with the former Long Beach Pier (now gone, but used to be the longest public fishing pier on the East Coast). Four stars just because I still hold the old Long Beach Pier in my heart as my favorite.
  • Fun to walk with kids. Cost about $1/adult. All of the fishermen were really nice and let my nephew check out some of the fish they caught.
  • The pier is open seasonally. It was closed
  • The best breaks on the beach for surfing. Good fishing.
