  • One of the best living history museums/reenactments I've ever been to. The staff are great and stay in character even when they are asked questions about how it is to work there. My children had a very good time learning about the American Revolution and life in the Colonies.
  • Really great experience. This is a working Apple farm that doubles as a revolutionary war reenactment living history center. The reenactment actors are amazingly informed and entertaining. Apple pie is amazing of course. Only thing that I would criticize is the sheer number of schools they allow at one time makes the whole thing feel chaotic.
  • My kids elementary school have been going here for the past 10(?) years to learn about colonial life and the Revolutionary War. The staff at Riley's Farm have a great program where they dress up in period clothes and take the kids around to different stations to learn what life was like for that period. At the closing the kids and staff have a pretend battle between the Colonists and British, highlighting the sacrifice those that came before us gave for and in defense of our freedoms. It is very well put together program that if you are an educator you should look into for your students.
  • A Great day of Educational fun for Students learn about Revolutionary Day Activities and reenactment. Top class food available also with awesome Apple pies and Chicken Pot pies.
  • We went up for a day trip. Started at the main farm. So cute, restaurant and activities. Buy tickets for candle making, archery, tomahawk throwing. Then take your car up the road to the orchards. Thry have corn, apples pumpkins, flowers sheep and a bull. The apple press is a bit expensive but a nice expreience. For lunch, they have a lil barn by the orchards, best bbq, tender tasty and it comes with a drink. sooo cheap and delicious. It is a great day trip. Wholesome fun. When we went they had an irish band playing floggin molly hits. Must experience.
