  • Great adventure to walk across at low tide, but do not go bare foot on the reef. Use reef walkers or sneakers. Current can be a little tricky as the reef is never totally exposed - usually at least a couple feet of water.
  • You can swim or walk out during low tide. Nice place to grab some small sea shells.
  • I have been to Goat Island several times. There is a great beach. If you are lucky you will see some birds. It is a bird sanctuary, so don't disturb them. One of my favorite places on the North Shore.
  • Walk across at low tide, but stay away from the bird sanctuary
