They keep it classy at the Hard Rock. The entertainment and food are upscale. The music is lively, the entertainment lineup is usually affordable and I always have a great time. If you come to Clevela... more »
My only question is, why does this casino have to be so greedy? The best I have ever done is break even here, pretty sad when your happy when that happens, but whatever. How about forget the free play promotion BS stuff and make the slots pay out better, I think everyone would appreciate that more. You have to at least throw out a win here or there to keep customers man, simple business. Go in with a fat wallet, walk out with an empty wallet gets old.
As you can tell by my photo I use a wheelchair and I am approaching 60 y/o. I find the casino totally wheelchair accessible. The staff is extremely helpful to someone in my situation. I was there on Friday April 20, 2017. In my opinion it was no more crowded than a shopping on any busy day. I had no trouble moving around. I have been to the casino several times. As to the financial results of trip I went with eighty dollars, left with about two hundred.:-)
!I love this place! Whether a date night out or if I'm solo....I know I will always get a friendly greeting upon arrival. Great customer service throughout the facility, awesome food (Harvest Buffet is a must) safety and impeccable cleanliness brings me back time after time!! Constantly updating and upgrading... you can't say that about the "others". Thank you for always making my visits ROCK! 😘
Had a blast, played some very fun machines and picked up a nice piece of luggage for my future travels. We also ate dinner at the Harvest Buffet. All in all a great Sunday evening.
Buffet seems to have the same old stuff every time I go. When asked to replace empty trays Food Service workers seem to be put out. Salad buffet has a very limited selection. The one good thing about the buffet is there are no children. May 27th 2017 update I waited for months before I came back only to find out it is the same. When this establishment first opened it was excellent. Food was always fresh lots of choices and the service was Superior. As time has went on it has went downhill. A lunch for two cost $30. When I went through this Buffet I did not eat $15 worth of food. For whatever reason the food seem to be overcooked. Salisbury steaks fresh in the pan dry. Fried Chicken full pan dry. I am sad to say that I will not be back. One good thing that did happen is my old lady won $30 starting out with a $5 bill.
