This place has a interesting line up of unique beer that I have not seen anywhere else. That being said I did not care for most of the beers. more »
This is a great brewery. The location is kind of different but, I think it kind of adds to the place. It's a little small but the beer makes it worth it more »
A dark hole in the wall, try one of there several IPA's on tap, they could offer so much more but your rather be seen as a trend setter. Just another craft brewer that you will forget about right afte... more »
We came here on a weekday night. There was only one young lady managing the bar and she looked swamped. The place has a really cool feel. Their beers were alright. They don't have the well refined taste to them like a larger craft brewery will have. They do experiment with interesting varieties. We didn't order food, but what we saw looked good. Prices were reasonable. Ultimately, if you're a local, it's worth a night out. If you're not a local, it isn't a must see.
This might just be my favorite place. It is an adventure to find it. Listen to your GPS. And when you get to the dark building, drive around to the back of it. If it looks closed, go in anyway! Next order the pizza with Sausage and Bacon. Ask for Ranch vs. Pizza Sauce and wait to amazed. Seriously, the beat thing I can recall eating in months. So simple, and so good!! And the beer is very drinkable and enjoyable. Make it a point to find it and go. Again, one of my favorite breweries. Put Snitz Creek and Red Castle on your list of places to check out. Oh and Gem and Keystone to have some Shawnee Craft.
Very cool, relaxed local craft brewery. They always have interesting new beers on tab and each beer has a story behind it. When driving there you'll find yourself in a residential neighborhood. You didn't go the wrong way, just make a left before the dead end and drive around the back.
I love Prism! This place is impossible to find the first time, but the staff seem very used to people calling completely lost. They are moving to a new location soon, but hopefully it will have the same charm as this spot. They changed their menu to be a bit smaller, but hopefully the new place will have a full kitchen and they will have their pulled pork again. The Red Zone is a fantastic beer you have to try.
Good quality craft beer, unique (and welcome) flavors, nice staff. Beer lovers definitely need to check this brewery out.
