  • We were visiting Fairbanks and had read about North Pole, AK and how cute the town was so we drove out to see the town and visit Santa Claus’ House. The town is pretty small (population 2,000) and...  more »

  • This place looks to be a real disappointment from the road... what a surprise when you get inside. Very nice business but somewhat limited on stock. Probably much better for younger families as you...  more »
  • Went to Fairbanks, Alaska and of course had to go to North Pole! Read the comments, and yes, it's a big Christmas/souvenir shop...but the Reindeer Academy was really fun! 3 adults, myself, husband and his friend, had more fun than we expected feeding the reindeer! They rolled their eyes when I said I wanted to do it, but we all had fun and got some cute pics! It is off season, late afternoon, and the 3 of us were the only ones in there at 5 pm, which made it even better! The reindeer horns were magnificent and huge! The reindeer were mellow and wonderful, such beautiful animals!
  • I absolutely love what they've done with the place! They have given it a real face lift and modernized it in a great way! I love the way they have implemented the old antique items as decor. While I do miss the Santa throne room with all the toys, I think they did it justice in the remodel. Prices are a little high but that's to be expected in a tourist gift shop! Oh! and they have great coffee and hot chocolate and fudge here as well!
  • Had fun visiting Santa! Enjoyed shopping for Christmas items and Alaska souvenirs. Since we didn't have children with us, I sat next to Santa and my husband recorded Santa's message to our grandchildren. He wasn't too busy and spoke for a minute or so. Also took video of Santa's reindeer, 8 were outside eating. Rudolph must have been keeping Mrs. Claus busy as we didn't see her but know she is usually nearby. Our grandchildren were thrilled to get the video message and we will watch it many times, I'm sure, through the upcoming Christmas season and for years to come!
  • Fantastic place! It is a must see for all family members that come to visit. Lots of toys and collectables for purchase at reasonable prices. Helpful staff! Fudge is great! Can get crowded during tourist season but well worth the trip.
  • Beautiful inside with gorgeous items. Quite expensive, but so many unique items. Santa and Mrs Clause are the real deal. Personable and funny, and so kind. Loved having our pictures taken with them and getting a moment to chat!!
