  • if in the area this is a must see lots of souvenirs and speciality food from area to buy they also have gag gifts.
  • Fort Cody is also Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show Museum. When you arrive, there are rag doll soldiers in place to make the fort look manned. The funny part, is the soldier in the front with the arrow in his behind, just like the logo for the place. When you first enter, it is your typical gift shop with items for any personality ranging from less than $10 to hundreds of dollars. All the way in the back of the gift shop, is the museum part of the attraction. The museum includes: - dressed statues, - a diorama of BB'sWWS, - costumes and old wild west advertisements, - tools and rifles, - clothing. This was a fun place to stop for a few minutes, take some photos and learn something new. We think it's worth a quick stop.
  • All the fun weird little things that kids love to buy plus a nice history lesson. The hand carved miniature figures in the wild west show were amazing. A two-headed calf and furs to feel.
  • Interesting assortment of items not just your usual souvenir. Fair prices. Loved the little museum and western decorations. Will definitely stop in when passing thru.
  • So we stopped here for a 15 minute stretching of the legs, an hour and a half later and after buying a number of little trinkets, we left with our photos of the massive Indian in the back and the incredible experience that fort Cody had to offer
  • Great little roadside attraction featuring hand carved model of Buffalo Bill Cody's Wild West show. We loved it!
