  • Took my 11 year old son parasailing. Staff very friendly. Only complaint was the greater than one hour wait after appointment time. Appears they overbooked?  more »
  • It was my first time parasailing and I wont lie, I was freaking out. The entire crew made it a really enjoyable time! They told you everything you needed to know and were really kind. Once we got up, ...  more »
  • 3 different adventures! We loved the parasailing but the Banana Boat ride was fabulous as well as the boat ride! Couldn't of asked for a better adventure!  more »

  • The staff was friendly and the experience was great. However it was a busy day. I was told to be there at 2 and that my parasailing experience would take 50 minutes. I ended up having to wait on the beach in front of a cone without leaving for 1 hr 40 min. I had applied sunscreen previously and knew I'd be fine for the 50 minute ride, but had not anticipated (or desired) having to wait so long standing on a beach. I got burnt on the top of my head and shoulders. I was very frustrated with the waste of my time. I wish I had been told about the wait time or told what time it would be best to arrive at, or allowed to check in and then told to come back in an hour because of the anticipated wait time, etc. There are many ways in which it could have been handled better. I have to rate it 3 stars to give credit to the staff I worked with, but whomever is managing this business needs to think a little more intelligently about their customer's entire experience
  • My friends and I went parasailing yesterday and absolutely loved it! Because it was windy, they had to change out the parachutes and it caused a delay in the wait. However, the employees made it so much fun and made the time pass! The employees were super respectful and made sure that everyone was having a good time! We had a great time and made some fantastic friends! We will defiantly be back!
  • Setting up a time over the phone was a breeze. Parking was complicated. Once we signed our release forms we had a picture taken for free in front of the aloha sign. Then things really started going down hill. The gentlemen giving instructions on how to ride the banana boat was a total DOUCHE BAG. He was talking about getting beer and tramp stamps with a customer he was very obviously hitting on. While waiting approximately 15 Minutes for the jet ski to pull us to the actual boat a bunch of the idiot employees were hitting each other with nunchucks. Seriously? I get that this is the beach but have some professionalism. The banana boat ride was fun and the people on the actual parasailing boat were great, everyone else was a moron.
  • My experience was not as expected. From the time my daughter and her boyfriend showed up it was very unorganized (not knowing where or who to go to first, etc.) My daughter called to make a reservation for 1:00 the day before and it was not explained that the "reservation" would only save me a spot in line. I showed up at 12:45 and ended up waiting for 1 hour and 45 min. in line . It was not explained that it could be longer depending on the wind. My daughter got bumped up to another group where there was a group of girls flirting with the instructors. The man was half way through the list of instructions where she only ended up hearing half of them. They then got on the banana boats to go out to the parasailing boat where the driver of the jet ski where the girls continue to flirt with them. The man went overly fast, far to fast to be safe. 2 of the girls wanted to ride on the jet ski with him. He said "Lets get a little further out so the boss doesn't see." Once we got out further 1 of them got on the jet ski with him and he then went even faster. He said use hand signals to signal to me (thumbs up for faster, thumbs down for slower). Then turns around and just floors it. Please tell me how hand signals are going to work when your back is facing the people on the banana boat... My daughter ends of flying off the banana boat hanging on by 1 hand getting drug by the boat in the middle of the ocean as the others scream stop several times. He then stops and does not help at all. Her boyfriend and another girl had to grab her life jacket and help her get back on the boat while she was having a panic attack. He then proceeds to say "Oh shes got a life jacket on, she will float." No apology was given. She requests to be taken back in where she did get a refund which we greatly appreciate. Yes they did have to change the shoots for the sails due to the wind, and that water was choppy. That is no excuse for going the speed this driver was going, causing someone to fall off. If I get on a boat, especially a banana boat i'm putting my trust in you to be safe and to keep me safe as well. I will not be returning and I would not recommend anyone to come here. Especially if you have children. When I come back to Holden Beach I will be going else wear.
  • The folks there were great! The front desk people, the beach staff, the captains. Friendly and fun and at the same time, totally great at what they do. Definitely the best part of my trip.
