#1 of 6 in Parks in North Myrtle Beach
In addition to its namesake creatures, Alligator Adventure hosts an array of animals, such as beavers, tigers, reptiles, and more. Wander the center, as much a zoo as an alligator park, and visit the exhibits featuring native and non-native creatures. Don't miss the shows, including live alligator feedings and lessons in alligator and snake handling. You'll not only have the chance to admire American alligators, but also an albino alligator, a Chinese alligator, and even a crocodile. • We have gone to a few different alligator parks, and this was on par with them. We enjoyed ourselves and thought it was very cool. We even caught a show and got to pet some of the animals. My favorite...  more »

  • This place is awesome. Great learning experience. Awesome shows. A great place to bring the kids. The coolest thing to do in Myrtle Beach.
  • A very fun place to see. There is a lot to see and do there. You will have a lot of fun.
  • We made it to the park one hour before closing time. We watched the crocodile feeding show and saw all the animals in the park. My whole family loved this place. It seemed that most animals had decent enclosures, and the employees seemed knowledgeable and caring. We made it to the gift shop at closing time and the associate did not rush us. I like the quality of their logo tshirts. We will return!
  • Other than having too many alligators in some enclosures, this was a great place. If you go to one of the shows, you can touch the animals. We bought food for $2 and got an incredible amount to feed the the ducks, fish, and turtles. I Recommend buying the food if you have younger kids. If you like collecting pennies from penny pinchers, make sure to bring quarters and shiny pennies because they have two machines. Overall, I would recommend going here.
  • Great experience! Kids especially loved the alligator feeding show. I was impressed by the huge albino alligator and one gigantic crocodile who had his own cage and just lay there looking dead. One galapagos turtle came right up to us and let us pet him. Also kids fed the turtles and ducks, and overall had a great fun, although it was impossibly hot and humid. Strongly recommend!
