  • Potato Creek is one of my favorite parks! It has so much to offer! It's beautiful, clean and there are so many fun things to do there. Great camping, clean, fun cabins, paddle boats, canoes, and fishing boats to rent, great picnic spots, trails to hike, paved bike trails, mountain bike trails, wildlife viewing, a fun nature center....these are some of the things Potato Creek has to offer. One of my favorite things is seeing the bald eagles that have come back to the area.
  • Beautiful trails. Nice campsites. Great bike riding. Horse trails and designated camping for horses. Fishing is nice. Clean bathrooms and showers. Nice nature education building where you can watch birds and wildlife.
  • I love coming here! It absolutely brings the South Bend area a great place to go bike riding, camping, fishing, swimming, or even just walking. There are many sights to be seen, beautiful wild animals and a beautiful lake. The cemetery is nice, I would just like to see a little more maintenance on some of the older graves. The nature center is neat, and you have even more of a chance to see animals. I enjoy the bike rental, but I would like to say that perhaps Potato Creek should keep better bikes to ride, as the one I rented didn't have good brakes. Not good, considering you have a high speed trail, and cars to watch out for when you cross the road. Other than that, it is a beautiful piece of Indiana. Will continue to come here as much as possible. Great for families!
  • I have grown up going to this park to camp with my family, have gone here multiple times on boyscout trips, and now mountain bike here at least once each summer. I love this park and campground! The camping is very nice with having the paved parking spots for campers, well-maintained sites, and lots of room for kids to ride bikes and play. There is a large beach for summer fun in the sun, and the mountain biking trails are great! The trails are always well groomed and kept nicely. With paved biking trails, the whole family can easily go on a nice bike ride through the woods. I would highly recommend this park for anyone, but especially families!
  • Huge park! Lot's to do. Definitely worth a vist or 20 visits! Family friendly fun will be had here by us many times.
