  • Rudest people I have ever death with. When making reservations girl was very friendly, but did not explain that my card would be charged and not refunded. She said they would put a hold on my card. Had checked the weather two days before going when I made the reservations and weather looked sunny and in the 80s. Got up that morning to go and the area was expecting thunderstorms all day, so not wanting to take my grandson and nephew out on the water when expecting storms I called to cancel. The young lady I spoke too confirmed they were expecting thunderstorms as well. Was told I could get a raincheck. Told them I would not have any other time to go and she said OK and hung up. Then I notice my card was charged for services I did not get. When I called I got a man on the phone, explained what happened and he was so rude and wouldn't even let me finish before he would interrupt and then just said OK and hung up on me when I told him I would not be using his place again. You need to inform people better about the charge and have better customer service. I was told not to go to this place and I guess I should have listened.
  • Leaving 1 star only because there is no option to give 0 stars. This place has the rudest customer service I have ever seen in my life. We made reservations to go tubing for the next day and they take a deposit to make the reservation. The weather next day changed from bright and sunny to cloudy, cold and rainy. We said we would like the cancel the deposit and they told us it was non refundable. Not only were we not made aware that this was a non refundable purchase, but the man said he would not do the refund because the weather was not "that bad." from my understanding, if the customer feels the weather is bad and does not want to go tubing then it should be the CUSTOMER'S choice not the worker's choice. he was also EXTREMELY rude about the entire situation. So do not go here unless you want to deal with the rudest people ever.
  • This place is awesome. Best people around! Nice clean vans! Excellent beach . 5 mile trip rocks!
  • This place is absolutely disgusting!! Every single employee is drinking on the job while driving around children! They have a petfile working for them that works with children! The owners have no customer service! They sit around and yell at people all day while drinking! They let people on their shuttles with open containers drugs and all types of ILLEGAL substances. I watched a 19 year old worker chug 4 beers then stumble to the drivers seat of the van and drive a load of children i years old and younger to the landing! Disgusting!!!! I wish i could give negative stars!!
  • 1 star because I wish I could give this business negative stars. Used them this past winter for snowmobiling, and when the snowmobile went a tad bit into the soft snow there was no service and direction on what to do. With a stuck snowmobile, we tripled up on one of the other snowmobiles and ventured back to the place. The man was awfully rude and sarcastic and told us we had to pay extra to have the snowmobiles for the extra time we would need in order to try and tip the snowmobile ourselves. For those of you who have never encountered a snowmobile, they are 1,000 pounds and impossible to lift or tip with even three adults. He then told us if we didn't try to get the snowmobile out ourselves they could do it and would charge us more money plus a damage fee because the employees would have to damage the snowmobile in order to get it impossibly out of the soft snow. Long story short the cops were called and sent their way because the manager got verbally aggressive.

Where to stay in North Conway

North Conway can get quite busy, especially in summer and the peak foliage period during early fall, so you'll want to choose a place to stay that allows you to head into the surrounding area without driving through town. If you plan to visit attractions to the north, like the White Mountains, stay on the north side of town. For easier access to attractions like the Kancamagus Highway, stay on the south side. Whichever part of town you choose, you'll find a healthy selection of inns and bed and breakfasts in historical houses as well as locally owned hotels, full-service resorts, and vacation rentals.
