  • If you have an interest in radio communication or 20th century history this is an interesting place to visit. While it appears to be a small museum we had no problem spending a couple hours here learning about Marconi and the site's importance during the war efforts. Nicely produced videos for each exhibit help explain what you are viewing. The museum admission allowed us to return for free in a 7 day period which was an added bonus.
  • A remarkable effort by local volunteers to reconstitute the original Marconi wireless communications center and recount its history during the 20th century including its important role during both World Wars and in the rescue of survivors from the Titanic. Well worth a visit!
  • This museum is absolutely amazing. It has a perfect mixture ofcold and new, real radio transmitting equipment from as old as 1925, as well as the latest touch screen interactive presentations. It was fascinating for me and for my 9 year old son. One of the volunteers we met there worked at the station during its years of operation. Short movie narrated by Walter Cronkite is also shown.
