  • This far exceeded my expectations. The planes, helicopters, and extensive other exhibits were fantastic. We had a guided tour by Bill Cody (He works Wednesdays). He shared an incredible amount of knowledge over the course of our 2-3 hour tour. He was full of interesting facts and lots of stories. We had several children in our group and they really enjoyed it as well. Highly recommend and ask for the tour guide!
  • As I walked among the military air craft, I thought of the brave men who flew these awesome aircraft. Protecting our country. The Maps Museum gives you a little history in different branches of the service, with there guided tours. GREAT!!
  • Blimey!! This is a "faire dinkum'" place mates. If any of you blokes ever get to the Akron Canton Ohio area it is definitely worth the trip, especially for any of the US Military personnel or veterans.
  • Very nice airplane museum. They have great events!
  • Excellent museum, a 'must see' item on your visit to Akron and a great way to spend half a day. Our tour guide (Doug) was very interesting and extremely knowledgeable of the items displayed and the history of that era. The "Hall of Heroes" area has an amazing collection of authentic items on display. A very inexpensive way to spend a day and expose yourself to some history.
