  • What a cute place! My kids (ages 5,7, & 10) enjoyed the animals. When they needed a break, the playground was an excellent alternative. My kids would have been happy there all day. I was in a wheel chair at the time and it was a little rough, but most things were pretty accessible.
  • Used to be our favorite zoo to go to. We went today for the day before school fun day. A lot was under construction. Bought our tickets at the gate to feed the Giraffes (our main reason to come) . When it was time to feed the giraffes, we had to wait in the line to purchase tickets, just to feed the giraffes. So we waited twice! A lot of unhappy people around me, waiting twice, including me. Most people that already paid, went around and jumped the line. Should not punish the people that bought tickets ahead of time. Could not ride the ponies or feed the birds. Food truck were not running, but the web page says they are open daily.
  • Such a cute, less crowded alternative to the Philly zoo! It's great for the littler kids because it's smaller, and they can keep up. Admission is cheaper, and amenities in the park are cheaper as well. The giraffe/bison feedings are so much fun!
  • Wonderful and small. A very nice day trip without being overwhelming. And it had a wonderful play ground.
  • Love the giraffes. Maybe because we visited this place on a rainy day, but all the animals look very exhausted and tired. They have quite a few animals over there, so if you are not feeling like going to Philly Zoo, that might be a great starting point for you.
