  • They give amazing new member free plays! They have amazing playing music! Awesome customer service! All you do is win when you're at the river wind! Its great for some time away and awesome for mixed drinks! After having a kid took me a while to find a mix drink I like and my body would agree! You MUST TRY THE MALIBU BARBIE MIXED DRINK!!! They also have many restaurants and bathrooms events and so much to offer! In Joy your night!
  • The casino is fine, lots of games to choose from. They only have one restaurant surprisingly the other 3 or 4 are fast food at the food court. None of the equipment seems well maintained trying to get a new card took 3 of the 4 machines none of them would print or work properly. The hotel was a nightmare, the staff is very friendly and check in was great but the rooms again no maintenance is done on this building. The coffee was by far the worst thing i had tasted there were no extras at all to help the coffee taste any better. No sort of food is provided for breakfast. The beds were horrible you could feel every spring that was in that bed, they pushed against your back like little knives, the pillows were so small and not supportive. I stayed two nights waking up feeling like I was being beat throughout the night. And the second night of the stay the fire alarm blared at 10:00pm for several minutes. It was not a good stay to say the least I will not be going back to stay, and this will not be a place I recommend.
  • Riverwind Casino is probably the nicest Oklahoma casino I have been to in regards to design, amenities and cleanliness. The smoke seems to be better filtered here too. They have tons of slots to choose from, and they update them frequently. I have never attended one of their concerts but they always have big name acts performing. There are several dine-in restaurants a 4 fast food places inside. The bar is really pretty, it's circular an sits right in the middle so u get a great view of everything. They have valet parking, but I don't use it. In my case I found parking to be a pain since their always packed full. They have a hotel now I heard was very nice, but whenever I try to reserve a room its always booked. As far as winning goes, I used to win quite frequently in the past. But the last 6 or 7 times I have been I haven't won anything. Sometimes you can hear the slot bells going off all over the casino, other times its super quiet, that's when I have the worst luck. If you are there late at night, be careful. There seem to be alot of strange characters around and someone tried to sell me drugs twice. You have to really watch your back, esp if you're alone.
  • Hotel lights went out for over an hour and there was no back up generator for the hotel but yet the casino had 6 huge generators kick on and did not go without any power at all. The parking lot never lost power but yet the hotel didn't even have flood lights kick on. Couldn't go to the casino for light seeing as my 9 year old son was not allowed to be on the gaming floor, which i can understand due to gaming laws, but it's still a huge inconvenience for the people who have families with minors with them to go without power that long and could go no where with light. You would think a business that is suppose to care about their guests would be more interested in keeping the power on in the hotel then in the parking lot
  • Went here to see Kenny Wayne Shepherd. This was the first concert I'd been to here. It's a nice venue and the seats were comfortable. But, I went to the bar alone to buy a round of drinks and they will sell you more than two but they won't let you carry more than two. So I had to text my buddy to come get the third one. I guess too many people spill on their nice carpet if they try carrying too many. That was annoying. We ate at The Willows buffet and the crab legs were fantastic. The coconut shrimp was also good. The fried catfish was on the salty side. The large circular bar in the middle is cool, they were busy and there were only two bartenders working so getting a drink took 10 minutes, very annoying. You would think they would be able to handle busy crowds more efficiently. Also, every cocktail is metered with a gun, so forget about getting a decent drink if you tip the bartender. They allow smoking in the casino but it didn't bother me so they must have good air filtration. The slots didn't pay squat! I blasted through $160 in about 20 minutes! I'll go back to see shows, but forget about gambling here it's just a waste. One would think you'd get more than 20 minutes of fun for $160. Having said all that, every one from the waiters and bartenders were super friendly.
