  • Very nice mall in an environment where most malls are going away. Great location downtown. Nice toddler play area on the third floor. Decent movie theater. $1 for parking!
  • Really one of the really excellent malls in the area. MacArthur Center has a nice selection of shops and restaurants, and a really great movie theatre which is on the top floor. The mall also has a Johnny Rockets and California Pizza and even Barnes and Nobles. A really good place to spend/waste your money.
  • As a Lyft driver, MAC MALL stinks! I was waiting in the "drop off" area at 7:50 pm on 5 AUG for two responsible passengers when security approach me stating "No Uber or Lyft vehicles in the valet area". These two Black males, one in uniform and the othe in a blue polo shirt, were vulgar, physically threatening, and totally UNPROFESSIONAL. Going forward, I will REFUSE ANY BUSINESS FROM AND TO MacArthur Mall. It is almost like a military base gate with these idiots on the security force!
  • The mall is a bit over priced, but great to walk when it is nasty hot outside. I have shopped at Dillards, what great quality merchandise and Dillards Aveda Salon is fantastic.
  • Arguably one of the best malls in Hampton Roads. The mall is three stories tall with the food court and Regal Cinema being located on the top floor and a great variety of shops, restaurants, and kiosks on the first and second floors! It has an attached parking garage that has several stories of parking and always has available space. I've never paid any more than $3.00 to park in the garage, which is easily one of the least expensive places to find parking in downtown Norfolk. And is located right in the center of downtown so it's convenient parking for festivals, events, or if you're just looking to explore the rest of downtown! I got a little sidetracked, but in relation to the mall, it is a bit more upscale than your usual mall so some of it's anchor stores are a bit pricey (Dillard's, Nordstrom, etc), but there are stores for all varieties of wallets and pocket books throughout the mall. You could easily spend an hour or two in here and still not visit everything it has to offer! If you find yourself downtown and looking for some inexpensive parking, or a nice place to walk around and browse store fronts while you cool off from the summer heat, or even a place to catch a quick movie or grab a quick bite to eat; I would recommend you check out the MacArthur Center and see what it has to offer for yourself.
