Welcome to the Nokomis Beach Bazaar page! It's not open yet but we are working on it and need your support for it to happen! Local artists and businesses have come together to create a weekly market on Nokomis Beach just before the drum circle. We are gathering as many "likes" as possible on this page. We are also gathering signatures of support, to bring to the county for permission to legally share our wares at this beach market. We believe that our local talent will draw people to this community and in turn will enhance our area.

Thank you for supporting our local artists and businesses just by liking and sharing this page. With your support this page can really help spread the word.

  • Beautiful beach!! Most go. Beautiful sun sets. Nice sand at the beginning of summer. Take snacks! Bathrooms are near by.

  • Water was beautiful, a bit to rough for us to get in but we still enjoyed it very much. So many beautiful shells too.

  • The beach is nice and quiet. You can find some amazing shells while enjoying the calm surf. You had plenty of room to yourself.

  • Not my favorite beach in the area. The sand can be rough to walk on with many shells. The nice thing is that parking is free here and across the street also. I was able to find a spot on a insanely busy March Saturday across the street with no problem.
  • A lot of fun for the family! The beach does have some roughness, but definitely soft sand 20ft walk into the water. No need for water shoes. The water is mostly smooth and great for youngsters!
  • Short walk to beach. Restrooms, outdoor showers and filtered water to refill bottles. Plenty of parking but if lots are full you can park across the street where the boat ramp is located. There's a lot of shells and broken shells near the shoreline. Depending which end of the beach you sit you need to watch your step getting in the water because there's a drop off. The closer you get to the jetty's the steeper the drop off and the more difficult to get out. The north end isn't to bad getting in and out. Close to Pelican Alley & Pop's Sunset Grill.
  • We LOVE Nokomis Beach! Sunsets and the drum circle are great ways to end the day in paradise. Also stop by sweet Melissa's for Ice cream after you leave the beach. Great treat for the family and yourself.
  • Really beautiful beach. Most of the sand is white, sometimes even gray, but the sand along the shore is more yellow. All along the shore and even inside the water there are really beautiful shells you can pick up. The water is really clear and it's not that cops during the summer. If you're lucky, you might see a dolphin swimming or a turtle on the ground.
