  • I visited from out of state. I found it a little hard to find at night. When we arrived we found the area dark! Hardly any street lamps to illuminate the park. To ladies traveling, it seemed a bit ske...  read more »
  • We found parking here and used this as our starting spot for Niagara Falls. The word tourist trap does come to mind. I found the gift shop to be overpriced and the food ridiculously overpriced and not...  read more »
  • Appalled at the quality of customer service. On 8/24 @7:45! We went to the 2nd floor to inquire about tickets for a show that was taking place there. We asked the cashier ( young man with shaggy hair ...  read more »
  • Wonderful welcoming atmosphere and helpful employees, we ate at the Bella Asian cuisine restaurant and they had great food! All around it was a great expirience that my whole family enjoyed!
  • They do not inform customers of their no return policy if I could I would give them a 0 star rating because as I politely asked if I could return them they laughed in my face. Don't shop here its a waste of time for rude customer service and overpriced items
  • Just walked in and out of the souvenir shop, looked like the typical souvenir stuff you can get anywhere in any city. But I felt compelled to leave a review after eating outside. Stopped by on the way out of the park last night to their outside market. They have REAL wood fired pizza outside. What a great setting! It couldn't be easier, walk up, order what you want and sit down and enjoy real authentic wood fired pizza. The girls cooking it knew what they were doing, just the right amount of char on the crust. This little stand produced wood fired pizza that rivaled the best I've had in NYC! A little pricey but when you consider its right across from the Falls it's not that pricey! Wish I could leave a review on the pizza alone but couldn't find them anywhere.
  • Terrible, expensive food. Hidden tax. Staff play with cell phones when customers are still present. (Also very rude). Scammy chinese site, avoid at all cost.
  • Food need to pay tax and CAM !!! Toilet is not that clean even we all pay extra. Need more improvement. "Thunder Water Show" on second floor is super bad. Don't join it.
