  • Wow! We really weren't prepared for the natural power as we sailed towards the base of the Falls. The cascading water and power was a phenomenal experience both above and at the base. Just as breathta...  more »
  • Rode Maid of the Mist into the falls. Awesome boat ride. Got soaked. Super view if both falls from the ground level.  more »
  • This visit was a true experience! Someone behind a table right at the beginning tried to smear us a tour with a bus, not do-you can get all the cards through official ticket sales (and itself over the Rainbow Bridge to Canada walk). With a standard card you can on the observation deck, a boat trip and and get yourself a nice colored poncho. The boat trip put you back here with both feet on the ground, mother nature is still the boss! Despite the Poncho has become rather wet, socks, shoes and shirt just changed.

  • This is a ripoff! I've already filed a fraud report to the local police station. They charge all tourists an extra 8% special tax in addition to NY state 8% tax. They know this is illegal, and that's why they have this no return policy! I managed to get my purchases returned after their manager realized this was not someone they could fool and kick out of their building easily. Also, they made several mistakes on my purchase. They overcharged me for 1 extra magnets and undercharged me for a keychain. Remember to check your receipt if you insist in enjoying this ripoff. Make sure you get ripped off on what you actually buy. They returned me an extra $2 just to get me out of their store asap. Any innocent people would do this?
  • Technically I should only give this place 1 star as it is a CASH ONLY place to eat food and they are not really all that nice and they are all overly priced - Chinese, Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican food items. You can only use your credit card when buying souvenirs. Even the Chinese food does not look like what the pictures are showing and the food is not even served warm. We ended up here only due to the pouring rain and lack of places to eat nearby the State Park. THE PLACE I WOULD GLADLY GIVE 5 STARS in this building, which bumped up the rating on this review is the wine tasting at the 2nd floor! Great selection of wine and really great flavors to choose from. Other than that, I would not even enter the building.
  • Very Friendly people. Lot of souvenirs to choose from (many of those are Made in USA) Maple syrup is also available here. On the ground floor counter they do also organize Niagara region guided tour with driver and van. The driver/guide shall take you places where usually people are not familiar or are now known to usually visit. One must choose this trip. On the second floor there are more shops to visit to buy some more unique souvenirs. Food court is located at ground floor.
  • Chances are you probably saw this review after your trip like we did. This place is good for souvenirs i guess, and parking all day in the lot beside it for $10 isn't bad. However, this place, the food in particular, is waaaay too expensive. As in we paid like $68 for 3 hot dogs with fries and water and a burger. Cheap t ball concession stand quality which is fine if that's what you pay for. If you are looking to eat, just walk 50 feet next door, pay the same, and get good service and good food.
  • Amazing place. Lots of souvenir items to buy. For me it's quite expensive especially the fridge magnets. Haven't seen the rest of the souvenir items but there are lots of choices. Walking distance from Niagara falls - about 10 minutes walk. People are helpful and most of the food items are Chinese, Indian and Mexican. Some sandwiches and other variety of food is available but limited as well.
