  • The One Niagara Welcome Center is one of the touristy spot in Niagara Falls on the American side. On level 1 they have a decent food court if you and your family need a quick bite of Italian pizza, India Indian food, Chinese, and/or Mexican food . On level 2 is where they have the shopping center in addition to a wine tasting area. There is also a Native American Cultural show on level 2. The One Niagara Welcome Center is a great one spot shopping and eating location in the Falls.
  • Can't say much. I really did not use it's service. The sad thing about this place was that a veteran was waiting at the front steps of the welcome center with his medals pinned on his jacket. I could not ignore him and why should I. He served his country and was left out in the cold so I offered a sandwich and a warm coffee and am not claiming I did something great either. Leaving vets out on the streets is not the best image to give tourists. Love America!! And welcome to Niagara.
  • Honestly if you're in the area, your best bet is to either eat at the Niagara State Park or go a little farther for good food. You'd think that it being right across from a major tourist attraction, they would have better options. It was basically a big food court with restaurants from many different cultures (Chinese, Indian, Latino, Italian, American, etc) but none of the food even tastes very good, especially considering what they are charging. You won't find a single item in that whole building that is less than $15. A slice of pizza (not even that great) that would be $2-$5 at any other restaurant was about $15 (and that doesn't even include the tax). Majority of them don't even accept credit card so if you do go, make sure you're carrying at least $100 in cash to be able to pay for the cheap food (carry more if you're paying for a whole family). Indian and Chinese food tasted awful and stale like it had been made at least a day or two ago and had been SLIGHTLY reheated before serving. The Indian food stall was also very stingy with their napkins which was quite annoying. Every time someone tried to take a couple napkins, the manager would take away the napkin stand and start handing out one or two to each person. So, if you're in the area, please don't give this place business. They don't deserve it for their outrageous prices, terrible food and bad service. Especially since they are located in such a busy tourist area, something needs to change with them. Any other tourist spot you go to in the country will have decent dining close to the popular areas with good prices and food options for everyone.
