Wall Street, New York City

The beating heart of New York's financial district, Wall Street has become synonymous with the U.S. market. You'll see the New York Stock Exchange, the New York Mercantile Exchange, and the New York Board of Trade all located on this street. In the 17th century a defense wall stood on the site, which gave rise to street's name. After the wall was demolished and as the financial district grew, the street's location came to mean that it was the main trading area. Absorb the neoclassical architecture while walking among suited New Yorkers rushing between buildings. Consider a visit to the New York Stock Exchange viewing platform to watch the wild trading down below. • Walking around the financial district has its charm, the stock exchange building, del toro, the large buildings of the companies most large world, the statue of George Washington at the entrance of the Federall Hall but above all to mingle as hundreds of tourists with the employees who work in this area. Buy fast food at the food truck. and sitting down to eat it in parks and seating area or drink in the bars that exist.

  • a place full of tourists desperate to touch the sculptures, a disorder and not possible to make a cool photo, or look calmly to him, the girl in the front was more quiet to visit and photograph.

Where to stay in New York City

The first step to finding accommodations in New York City is finding the right neighborhood. Manhattan, where most visitors end up, offers some of the most expensive rooms in the world, though there are lower-budget options, such as hostels with shared restrooms. Reduce your costs by basing yourself in one of the outer boroughs, but beware of low-end motels where you may end up sharing the premises with hourly customers. Alternatively, stay along the New Jersey shore, offering all the major chain hotels at considerably lower prices than their Manhattan equivalents.
